Excellent therapists, beautiful salon and rooms up to par with any other spa , exceptional prices!! Such wonderful value for money , youll b hard pressed to get more for your rand than here. Well worth the drive out into the country which was a treat on its own off Randvaal off ramp.

Beautiful country view and delicious meals. The experience is great when you first get there , very exciting but you have 1 masseuse the whole day which gets boring and tiring also if youve got a bad 1 thats the cards youre dealt with for the day. Also didnt enjoy being in the same space for the whole day it became claustrophobic. However the treatments were worth the money.

The food was horrible,booked a full day spa didn’t even get options to choose,it was either coke or apple juice and toast.the gowns and towels are old.The only thing that was good was the beauty therapists

The treatments are good but as for the rest it seriously lacks. The breakfast muffins were old . There is no privacy at all . They overbooked and it was too crowded. Really NOT a tranquil relaxing experience that one would expect from a spa. Will not recommend to anyone. The owner leaves the poor therapists to to deal with all sorts of issues without a care. Also the water was cut. How does a Spa function properly without water. Clients are all over each other without consideration of social distancing and covid laws. Very unhappy with this place

The therapists are extremely good at what they do however so DISAPPOINTED at the way the spa is being run these days. Paid for a full day spa which included 6 treatments, breakfast, lunch and a snack board. First off, there was no water, we were not told about this when we arrived (surely management should inform people or give us an opportunity to book for another day). Breakfast muffins and cereals were stale. There were a million flies around us while we were eating lunch, mind you there were about 19 people at the spa yesterday who were all placed in one small room during breakfast and lunch, there was no social distancing (clearly management should not overbook especially if they dont have big enough premises to accommodate clients comfortably with COVID protocols). At the end of the spa day, we were given a snack board which included a handful of cheese and a few biscuits which was supposed to feed 8 ladies. Management was absent leaving the poor therapists to deal with all sorts of issues, they really tried their best. This was the worst spa experience Ive ever had and its such a shame because Ive been there a few times before at the old location and loved it but after this experience I will never be back.

Very unhappy with the service. I used their online form to book 1x session as a gift for a loved one. When they contacted me on Whatsapp, they changed the date and refused to provide the package I booked for 1 person only, and would only take my business if it was for 2 people, and the website clearly stated that the package I booked was for 1 person at R600. I could not afford a session for 2 people, and it was a gift in any case. She also said that the prices had gone up so it was going to be more. I hope they improve. If only they had contacted me again with an alternative arrangement, or a simple explanation.

We had a very warm welcome. The off-ish bit is that we were each assigned a masseuse for the whole day and I felt stuck with a bit of a bad one. Nevertheless, the food was good, the view and ambience outside was worth it and best of all, we had the spa to ourselves, being a week day. It wasnt an unpleasant experience

Was treated to this spa for my birthday. Enjoy it so much! Julia was my therapist and she spoiled me! I felt so relaxed, probably napped 4 times. The view is great, the food is good and the staff very friendly and welcoming. They also made me a basket as a present filled with chocolates and goodies and sang to me. So special! Thank you!🌸

How unprofessional to be told you need to be there at 830 to be booked otherwise your booking will be cancelled. Then you arrive only to be told you must wait in the care. Dont bother going to this spa. What a waste of time
