Getting into this place is a bit of a hustle as you can easily get confused especially if no one is at the gate.Inside, beautiful tranquil backyard kind of, amazing hospitality, the coffee is great and the sandwiches are have such a homemade feel and taste excellent.

Who knew an apple belonged in a sandwich? Add cranberries, chicken and cheese? Haibo, definitely one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The 4 star is for them running out of wedges, otherwise this is the place to have your sandwich. Also, its such a little cosy place, quiet and tranquil. If Im ever on that side of Joburg again, Ill definitely pop in.

A lovely little coffee shop / work space tucked away in Rosebank off Jan Smuts Rd. The wifi was fast, great service, lovely atmosphere and the Toasted Sandwiches are an experience all on their own.Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

@toasted_jhb Parkwood. We visited this gorgeous gem on 138 Jan Smuts. Their Cappuccino was wonderful from incredible @humblecoffeeza. This place is beautiful and amazing workspace, and they offer fast wifi and plenty of space to do your work, They also have outdoor seating and  It also has amazing board room were you can have your meetings. The staff were incredible, friendly and warm. They serve toasted sandwiches and made with fresh ingredients. Its definitely the perfect place to visit.

It isn’t, as long as the day isn’t Sunday when you’ll have a chance to plan your next visit.I confess, I would choose their pickled fish over chocolate. Yes. That is a sentence you never thought you’d read and I never thought I’d write. Believe me, even the strictest keto dieter will delightfully devour these carbs. There are vegetarian options that can be made vegan. Oh and the chilli! Just to the side, nonchalantly adorning the plate is anything but for show. They pack a punch, a reminder that every aspect of this has been designed to tantalise your tastebuds.Located right on Jan Smuts, somehow this this chic oasis is serene. And because this is Jo’burg I’ll add that the entire area is tucked beyond a secured gate. Plug points for nomads, even a board room for a herd of them. What strikes is you is not the concise size but rather how carefully it has been curated.The staff were warm and friendly; I could feel smiles beneath the face masks that were never removed. The sandwiches did not arrive instantly, but that’s precisely the point, you can not rush perfection nor would you want to. Good things come to those who wait.Toasted is undoubtedly five stars. Worth the drive, it would even be worth the walk.I’ll be back. Repeatedly.

Found this gem by accident its very quiet and has a courtyard you can chill in. I ordered the philly cheesesteak. It was absolutely amazing and flavourful, best Ive ever had. I highly recommend this joint.

Toasted is both a funky and inviting space tucked away just off the main road making it feel like an oasis in the city. The food was flavorful and tasty however with the limited staff, service can be slow; however in time, I am sure it will be a slick operation.
