The offices are gorgeous at first look, however once u really pay attention to detail, a lot of the materials are cheap and not built to the standard of the impression it gives you. Dont get me wrong, its still good, just not up to the standards one would believe it to be. However the real issue is the visitors parking space, its non-existent. Staff is friendly :)

The location and coffee shop come highly recommended. There is never any parking though so come early or organise before hand.

This modern office park is located at the Design Quarters. It has stunning boardrooms and the reception is wide open allowing for a nice follow in the building. Parking is very limited but alternative parking is available at a fee.

I have been renting an Office there for 14 Months. The place is managed by SCAMMERS, they ask for 2 MONTHS Deposit/Retainer on a Month to Month agreement with the intention to not give it back. Have been fighting for my MONEY since March. few days ago they sent A FAKE PAYMENT NOTIFICATION. DO NOT JOIN SPACES/REGUS.At your OWN RISK, DO NOT BECOME THE NEXT VICTIM. MOST TENANTS ARE COMPLAINING. This is the TRUTH. ITs A SCAMThey are currently being investigated for FRAUD

Thought my experience was unique to South Africa, but it seems entrepreneurs all over the world have been complaining about Regus/Spaces/IWG for several years now. Reading reviews (on multiple platforms) is like watching the same horror movie over and over again.

A beautiful office space which covers all the basics but upon working here, sloppy maintainence of facilities is evident. The parking situation leaves a lot to ne desired, the wifi is weak, the offices are overpriced and kitchen amenities are wanting.

For a business centre, the lack of parking and broken machines for coffee while having a meeting is just not a great experience. Other than that the office look good and the boardrooms are pretty well equipped. I dread going for another meeting there purely due to parking issues.
