I love their service. The previous courier I used gave me such a headache but with MDS Ive never had to call them to ask when the packages would arrive or to make bookings for my TAL orders. Theyre professional and efficient.

MDS has always provided excellent service, but this time around it was exceptional! I needed to get a parcel to my daughter in Simonstown. There was a difference in the weight when they received the parcel. They let me know, I paid the difference, bit the parcel was on hold. But true to form they got the parcel on the plane and it arrived this afternoon in at my daughters home!! I highly recommend them!

Disappointing! Loyal client for 15 odd years, account paid regularly! Moved to a COD basis without even a phone call! Apparently an email was sent! Nice one!

Our first parcel was collected on time but we received an adjusted invoice for a parcel much bigger than the parcel that was collected. Poor support... we eventually just paid the additional amount to get it delivered on time as the MDS support has not gotten back to us (emails) or returned any of our calls ....First impression NOT GOOD ....

I have used them once amd I was assisted by a lady known as Lavene.u can tell She loves her job and she has sooo.much patience. Great customer experience.Even the driver who collected my parcel gave me a few minutes cause when he arrived I was not yet home. Sweet and respectful gentleman

We use Collivery for our E-Commerce website and have had endless problems with their Integration team which has resulted in frustrated customers. Changes are made without informing us impacting integration with website.

Urgent Delivery not on time...

Must be the worst Courier Company in SA. Got an email saying they would deliver yesterday and no one pitched. Phoned to query and had to wait 29 minutes before speaking to some one. Asked to speak to manager , they gave me the ops manager Nicks number to call. He didnt answer or call back.DONT USE THIS COURIER COMPANY!!!

Not good service, Delivery was promised to be on the 8th of December or before, so called to find out, my call was dropped twice and when i finally got through the staff promised that 8th it would be delivered and i should be at home all day they could arrive between 8-16:00 needless to say no one arrived, when i called to find out why my time had been wasted, i was told that the person who told me that is liar and it will only be delivered on the 10th at any time, so its two days i have wasted, really poor service, i will encourage the company who uses you to cancel any contracts,

Called them to try and make a booking. Someone answered the phone then asked me to hold for a consultant. No one came back tp the phone.

So far I am not impressed... the parcel was not delivered on Tuesday and now promised for today... no communication from the company...

Received my parcel from Cape Town to Johannesburg way sooner than i expected. i got email notifications every step of the way. great job! hoping to use them again. 5 star worthy!

Worst delivery service Ive ever had. They cam to deliver my parcel on friday, but when I got home it wasnt everything. I called them to tell them that its not my complete parcel and they told me that the driver forgot to check if it was everything. Then they told me that the driver will come back first thing Monday morning and it never happened. I called them again at 13:00 on Monday and then they told me that theyll send the driver immediately. By 16:00 still no driver and I called again. Then they said the driver is on his way he is 10km away from my address. By 18:00 still no driver and it turned out that they never even came.Use other courier companies that is available. Mds has the worst service ever!

Update: if I could give zero stars I would. Yet another day without eing able to get through on the phone ir any response via email. Your company is pathetic and I will be strongly recommending to the supplier that I ordered from to find a different courier company.Absolutely useless. After being put on hold 5 times, someone finally gave me the cape town depots number, which goes dead no matter how many times you try to call. Then email support@... and no response.

Trying to get hold of the correct person to help takes hours and they dont get back when you leave messages. Paid for an overnight (before 12pm) delivery, havent received it and it is 4:25pm now.

They are very efficient at what they do.

I gave them a package Thursday to be delivered overnight in other words Friday. It is now Tuesday and all I get is excuses and no delivery yet. No matter how many times I contact them, they dont understand that it was urgent and should have been delivered Friday already. They promote overnight but does not deliver. False advertising!
