I have been using them for over a year with no issues. Howard was great. However, since April 2021 there has been a decline in service.I sent email almost 24 hours before, with my request and requirments as I had done before and even left my number behind if they needed to call or clarify something.I get there on the day to pick up what I had requested and make payment, as I have done countless times before, for my order not to be ready.The excuse given was that I needed to make payment before hand. Which isnt a problem however, this was not communicated to me prior via email, phone call, sms, smoke signals, whatever. Instead of apologizing, the man started to berate for his failure to communicate and effectively do his job.

The owner was absolutely incredible from the beginning. He is professional, put his customers first always, extremely attentive and really talented. We took 5 frames to him to print some art and place it in side. He took care of everything with a smile and made us feel so comfortable and not only that he delivered within two days during a pandemic! My wife and I are so impressed with this mans business and his attitude! Thanks Kodak Express!

No covid protocol in place. Guy who served me refused to wear his mask and took it off when I stepped away. No sanitizer. Also was only person in store but was told to wait for “other guy as he was in pick and pay.Kinda weird.

Very good, quick and friendly service

Very poor service. I dropped of a few framed items to be resealed at the back. I was asked to come back in 20 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later it became clear that they had been prioritising the work of all other clients that cane in after I had left. To make matters worse they continued to do so even while I was waiting once I arrived. If you need to de-prioritise a clients request the least you can do is inform the client and apologise for them having to give up their time so that you can assist others first.

Im amazed that this store has survived its rude, abusive owner and rip-off pricing. Not to mention, his attitude and operational approach are bad for the Kodak brand. Morningside Shopping Centre must boot this one right out.

I have never in my life experienced such appalling behaviour from an owner/manager. He was screaming at his employees when I walked in.Then when my photos were given to me, I noticed that they were scratched and he proceeded to tell me that its fine, well just cut the picture. This would completely change the shape and cut off half the photo! He soon realised that he was wrong and said nothing else. His poor staff did their best and had my photos re-done. Unfortunately the scratch was still there so I said look, dont worry about it. I appreciate you trying. But you should really tell people that your machine is broken. At this moment the manager decided to chime in with its only a bit of fluff and looked at me as if it was my problem before ignoring me again. I am absolutely shocked at his behaviour towards his customers let alone his staff.Do not go here! And tell everyone you know to avoid this place! We should not be supporting such a bitter and horrible man. I am also going to write a complaint to Kodak to make sure they are aware of this too

My go to place for passport photos! Never had a problem but timing is sometimes very fast and sometimes I need to wait a bit so thats the only downside.

Absolutely disgusted by the service received! Not only did they not meet requirement for printed cup to be made but when asked to change or fix it, the manager/owner was so rude! Even swearing at us and not wanting to take accountability!!! I have never in my life! So appalled!!

Went to collect our print for an event, it was not done, the manager screamed at his employees, then turned around shouting that the picture provided by us was square and couldnt we see that would never work anyway, regardless of the fact that his staff had happily agreed to the work and said nothing about the picture being a problem. He also stated he didnt like me anyway, never seen such rude hostility. Astounded. Does not deserve anyones business.
