I am really disappointed with the service. I am really disgusted by the rude attitude of the Bloemfontein DC manager. He has no respect, and no concern to assist. As DC manager he must have ability to delegate tasks, but instead replies with I cannot help you. All I needed was a simple letter explaining why my order was cancelled and not shipped so that I could claim the VAT I had paid at the border. Supergroup cancelled my order for logistical reasons which is ok, atleast assist with a letter. I would highly not recommend their service and I will put a strong recommendation to my suppliers using their service to terminate. There are plenty of other companies that actually provide a good service and not the Im too busy for you attitude.
