Worst unit and after service ever. Since they fitted the unit my battery drains within a day. New battery. Then I must charge my battery to start my car. Now my car struggles to start and all dash lights on. My car is a rotary and low battery power stuffs up the motor. I called, send mails and was told I will be called back so they can remove the unit as its not working for me. No one called and my car dead in the water. They also want to charge me R2800 for cancel fee, I wont pay, Im in my right as I complained since day one. I need this unit removed now
They know how to attend to a persons problem and have it sorted quickly and effeciently.
I have a account with Car TrackI phoned car track yesterday 05/05/2021 at 11:00 to report a faulty tag unit. They told me that a technician will call me within 30 min. 14:35 I called them again because no technician has phoned me back and again they said within 30 min a technician will call me. I am still waiting for the technician to call me back. I also told them that i need the vehicle urgently and that my guys cant drive, seems like it did not bother them at all. There service is really poor.

Most of Car tracks technicians are absolutely useless. This the second time they messed up my commercial vehicles wiring. This is the 3rd day waiting for the technician to come fix the vehicle. When it comes to debt date theres no mistake.I am not impressed.
We can really recommend Cartrack to anyone interested in having a tracking system fitted. From the moment we enquired to the point where our units were installed, Cartracks staff were friendly ourd helpfull. They installed our units into our vehicles at our premise and since then we have had several phone calls from our account manager asking if we were happy with their service and product. This week we will install our 4th Cartrack system. You will have our continued support. Thank you for awesome service.
Best service for tracker installations,but you might want to spare +-2 hours
Not impressed at all with cartrack, my cars battery died this morning :( then almost 26mins ago my battery in my car has be taken out and not 1 word from cartrack, my insurance will be hearing about this. :( my car could be long gone - over 2hours later we just got a call from cartrack to say they nw pick up a signal. But cant tell us if they got a signal this morning as the lady says that was on a different shift so can answer for that shift.

A Car Track technician allowed onto the company site to install/repair a tracking device in another staff members vehicle. He then was parked in my staff parking upon requesting him to move his vehicle he got agitated with me removed the vehicle. I parked my car in its usual parking that I have been using for 7 years. Upon returning the same afternoon I found both my left tyres deflated. With some assistance at my office it became evident that both the tyres had been vandalised. Two identical holes was punched in the wall of both the tyres. After much unhappiness and trying to organise alternative transport Car Track will not pursue the matter further and do not think their staff member is capable of such a deed. Very strange that the incident only took place after my altercation with this technician. I will never refer Car Track onto friend or family.

Poor service
I bought a new vehicle in 2015 and the dealer suggested CarTrack, the information shared was very limited and I felt disappointed with CarTrack as I felt that it was a downgrade from the services provided by my previous provider.After 9 months of struggling, I decided to go to the East Rand branch to have the device removed. I was fortunate to be assisted by Elsabe Aspeling - what an amazing person! She explained the CarTrack benefits & services to me in detail, she also managed my concerns about not having a panic button and helped me to registered for the Fleet Management Services.I now love CARTRACK! Certainly the best customer service I received in a long time!
