Had issues that needed to be sorted out and every time over a time span of 2 years got a different answer and a few emails informing me that I have to hand in documentation eventhough we have discussed the matter multiple times that we have to wait for a letter from the deeds office(and not a very friendly tone in the mails as well)

I’ve had a great experience with Prepaid Meters from installation to date. Not many service providers “do what they say” throughout the customer interaction - I therefore must commend PPM for accomplishing AND maintaining this. Customer service is great - I have never had to call PPM, however I do get the courtesy calls to check if all is well. Keep it up PPM!

We have worked with Prepaid meters for more than 3 years to date. Their online meter management platform is effective. We are very satisfied to have worked with Matthew Sannasi (Sales Manager) along with the technical team. They have taken time to work through the metering solutions for our buildings which has materially improved our utilities management

They installed new prepaid meters at our complex. I had an existing meter that worked well but this lot came and installed a new meter without replacing the old one , meaning that tiger electricity one had to charge both meters. Then they deactivated the old meter meaning that we got no electricity all. Their call centre agents and technicians are so pathetic and you wonder why they bother. Don’t go anywhere near this lot - zero stars all the way

We have been utilising a prepaid meter from Enbaya Prepaid Meters in our garden cottage for many years. It reached the end of its lifespan recently and due to great service in the past by Enbaya we approached them again to buy a replacement meter.I was assisted by Mr Amos Molaba from the Sales Department.What an incredibly pleasant experience this was. Mr Molaba assisted me all the way with enthusiasm and in a very professional manner. All my e-mail queries were quickly attended and replied to.He is an amazing person and a great representative to Enbaya Prepaid Meters.We can recommend Enbaya Prepaid Meters with pleasure.Thank you Mr Molaba.

I have been dealing with Enbaya Prepaid Meters for 7 years and they have never been able to take on a new meter correctly the first time. I have just changed ownership of several meters and after more than 2 months, they still havent transferred them properly. Im sick and tired of their incompetence and am looking for another service provider.

I have tenants that have been sitting without water for almost two weeks now. Your service is absolutely terrible, I just receive reference numbers and no one turns up to replace the broken meters. This is unacceptable service and I am tired of phoning your office everyday to try and solve the issue. I will be taking this further.

Very poor service from the support dept. Their automated system generates a ticket immediately but their staff take forever to get back to you and the problem takes even longer to resolve. You wait over 20 mins on the phone for any dept to answer a call. The product is the same as others, but the support is sub standard

Did not receive my electricity token so tried calling, they kept me on hold for 10min. Emailed technical support twice but still no response after 2 days. Poor after service support!
