3 Stars why? There products are absolutely amazing for that I will give 5 stars. But after having a technical problem with a IP intercom system that has been ongoing for over a year and finally giving up with the reseller I decided to contact HIK SA and this is where I was disappointed to no extend.The technical department was not willing to help and instead that I contact the reseller. As they are the supplier they must be the people that give you backup when in need.After this I have had to remove the entire system as the customer is not happy with the service that HIK SA was giving him.As a installer of CCTV systems I was very disappointed and will be looking for alternative equipment from a supplier that is more willing to help when help is needed.HIK SA you need to step up your after sales service or you will lose the market share that you currently have.

No one answers the phone! Called 3 times.

Have purchased and installed over Rand 15,000 of cameras and Digital Video Recorder. Having set up problems. Their local help desk USELESS. They dont even have the courtesy to phone back even though they promised to do so, 3 times! I am now going to contact their global hq to complain.
