I have just had a terrible experience with UBAs Thabang and Fatima. Everything went smoothly when they were taking my order up to the point where they received payment. I indicated timelines and that I needed the items delivered to my client in CT by today. Fatima committed herself that the parcel will be in my clients hands on Friday morning. The parcel has not arrived and I only found out today that it was sent via economy domestic road freight from JHB to the client in CT. This takes 2 to 3 days. When I contacted Fatima she was highly defensive and told me that I had not placed the order with her so she has no control over the order. I told her that she should have given me option to pay extra for overnight deliver and I would have done so than to break the promise she had made. I dont recommend this business to anyone as their actions are not consistent with their delivery and are therefore untrustworthy.

UBA, I would like to offer you the opportunity to make it right and potentially change a rating to higher. I ordered and paid for bottles from you in Nov 2019 for my sons birthday. The order never arrived, and the lack of any form of communication was shocking. I cancelled the order and received and cancellation ticket. I have been forth coming with my banking details and any other details you may need yet again I have not had any communication nor have I received my money back. Id really appreciate a response and my money back please.

I am beyond dissapointed, from the get go I have explained how important it is for delivery in Cape Town today, now finally received waybill for tracking and it will oy be here on Monday. When i have returned back from ny parents. This was a spwcial gift for them !

No after sales care as email was sent to support twice

Good day,I find it very unprofessional that I cant get hold of you. Nobody is replying on my emails. I also send a few messages to your whatsapp number, message is being read, but no response is received. I had to receive my parcel last week Friday. I dont have a waybill number to track my parcels. This was gifts that I had to give to my team on a event on Saturday. I am very disappointed in your service. Please can someone contact me urgently.

Firstly, you can never get anyone to answer your calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. Im sure if you sent a pigeon they still wouldnt respond. Secondly, once I paid they did not care about my order, Im actually still waiting for the delivery. Thirdly, they blamed loadshedding for not doing my branding on time so I requested my shirts be delivered and outsourced the branding to someone else. But now they cant be located with my shirts. As a business they have zero customer care and lack transparency. I was beyond disappointed.

If I could I would give no stars. At the beginning of November I ordered and paid for 60 Gizmo 3-in-1 Keyholders, and for artwork redraw, for staff Christmas gifts. To date I have received nothing. It is almost impossible to get through to UBA telephonically. I have, after numerous attempts, managed to speak to Muhamed and Thabang a few times. Apparently my order was delivered to the wrong address and Thabang was going to collect it and resend it on to me. To date still nothing has been received, no attempts have been made to update me on my order. Does this company really exist or is it a scam? I would appreciate it if someone would contact me to update me on my order or refund me the R1,890.37 paid for the keyholders and artwork.

Bad service. No communication after you have paid for your order. The odasity to tell me the customer is not always right...they promised 3 delivery dates already...now its the 16th..public holiday. Stay away from them..u o ly will have trouble getting your orders..brag about their turn around time of 4 hours..its more 4days.
