Not recommended. Poor product quality. Appalling communication skills and customer service.Placed an order for logo to be printed on t-shirts in Nov 2020, order arrived in Dec.Wrong t-shirt colour and wrong colour for logo was printed.When tried to correspond via email with Fabio and Maureen, no response.Tried calling in March 2021, they said they would get back to me; no response.Tried calling today again (April), no pickup.Currently sitting here with a batch of t-shirts, while not being able to sell them to promised customers on my end.This company has a severe lack of communication in general (also when it comes to the status of order and shipping). They struggle to deliver quality on advertised products and certainly will not follow up on any issues encountered.

I have never experienced service this poor in my entire life. Dont know how they keep the doors open, never struggled so much to give someone my money. They dont answer the phones, I managed to get Pete in sales cell phone number which he also does not answer, I went to the showroom to try and buy my stuff and still no luck. Please avoid this company at all costs.

This is probably the worst service I have ever recieved, after payment is made what is promised or what was discussed basically goes out the window. Deadlines are not met , general customer care is not a real thing , I will advise you find another supplier who will value your time and money .I dont know how this company still has its doors open . We were riddled with stories of phones off , delivery times not adhere to , late replies if we even got them and a general lackluster service . SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER. You get blocked when you ask questions regarding your order .we made an order worth a substantial amount and the lady that runs the place did not even package the stuff we actually ordered .to say the service is poor is an understatement and would definitely not reccomend this company to anyone. This one star I gave is a Christmas present . If you are into excuses ,fake promises , and wrong orders this is the company for you .We can’t give you masks. According to our invoice, you are in arrears. The best we can do is to write off part of the outstanding money provided he stops fighting us on google. You are reckless because this order is not yours and it’s sad that your friend has to bear the loss. I can understand that you are ungrateful towards me but he paid you your commission and all you needed to do was to work well with us instead of insulting us and trying to get mire commission out if the deal. Worse off now you run to the internet to try and mask your faults.Bare in mind this is the first time we are dealing with this company I am a co owner and do not need commission this is a fabricated story to not pay our monies back .as it stands she is claiming we agreed to a qoute we have no idea about ... please run guys I will share full communication on my social media platforms ... run guys run . Im highly disappointed with the service I got. I paid a lot of money to get wrongly printed t-shirts. I wrote emails and they still have not gotten back to me. I was promised that I will get new t-shirts after the last December holidays as a way of rectifying the mistake that cost me big time. Till today, my matter has not been resolved. I was told to keep the incorrectly printed t-shirts, which I cannot resell as they are faulty. They (T-shirts) are just kept in my storage room as they cannot be sold as planned to raise funds for an NPO. What kind of a business are you to ignore customers complaints and not respond to emails sent. Poor service--highly bad!!!

Please save your money and DO NOT waste your time purchasing any items from this company.Earth Uniforms received payment for 180 t-shirts in the beginning of this month and my t-shirts are STILL waiting to be delivered - It is Friday and my company has an event on Sunday.This week alone I was told to organize delivery and this was not previously stated in my initial communication with them.When you call for any feedback, no one returns your call nor do you receive any form of update for your order.This review states 1 star but I will gladly give it no star if I had the option to.Completely and utterly disgusted at their level of professionalism.

I love working with this team. Their prices are great and they do everything under one roof. From Manufacturing, printing and embroidery. Its a one-stop shop. We have expanded our business to resell their Create uniforms to schools and our clients are wowed at the range.

Best service and fast turn around times on high volume campaign t-shirts. They really mean business. Got 25 000 t-shirts supplied and printed in one day. They even helped us with the courier to Botswana. I love the team spirit and helpful staff. Will definitely use them again and again.

Got the best price on 15 000 tshirts printed full colour front and 1 colour back.The quality of the full colour printing is the best, the service was great and the in-house design team led by Colin Fleming was extremely helpful. Really poor service , I ordered the same tshirt design with two different colors. Guess what happened when they arrived ? The materials are not the same...I wouldn’t recommend Earth Uniforms

Placed an order with this company in January, they assured me that delivery would be made first week of Feb, they short deliver on our order. i called them today 21/02/2020 to ensure that we get the balance today as they have promised and im told they would deliver by 13:00 pm the latest. 14:00 i called to follow up....phones are on voicemail. just so they know,,,you have lost my business.Earth Uniforms doesnt even deserve the 1 star this app is forcing me to use

Extremely fast to quote and accept payment, but ZERO communication after payment. I sent my courier to collect seeing as calls just keep ringing to Earth Uniforms and upon arrival they merely stated they have to knowledge of the order. Appalled to say the least. I am still waiting for any feedback with regards to my paid order.

Do business with this company at your peril. They are among the worst I have ever dealt with. They make false promises. They dont return calls. They are quite frankly useless. There are many other suppliers who will give you far better service. I score them minus ten.

Fast service, not the best quality, tshirt wise, but i think that could be the shirt suppliers fault also. Just would advice them to look into that. But eager to assist and would use them again if i need a quick job done fast.

I went to enquire and the assistant was abrupt as id she had somewhere better to be. I was considering using them because it would be cinvenient than using my current supplier and after reading the reviews I can see my initial instinct was correct.

Poor service. They dont know the difference between Cotton and a poly-cotton blend. Took 3 weeks to sort a order. If someone have the owners number please let me know. Unprofessional service
