Went to collect my parcel was told its not there. Got very poor service and lady assisting made little to no effort to look for my parcel. Went back second time after courier company confirmed parcel was delivered, and mysteriously parcel was found. Lady that assisted on second visit was a more helpful. But there was no effort from store to acknowledge their fault and a least apologize.

This business operates on UNETHICAL business practices. They over charge customers and probably pocket the extra cash,when confronting the staff that the price stated on the screen of the machine was 10 times less than the final figure that the cashier gave they made a host of excuses until they realised Theyve been caught out on their lie

I had a very horrible experience with Postnet The Glen. I ordered essential oils from Dottera and the Lady offered to send samples to me via Postnet. My parcel was delivered to Postnet The Glen on the 25th of February 2020 and was only able to collect on the 3rd of March 2020. On collection I discovered that all my oils spilled and completely poured out.The most painful thing here was the way the lady who attended to me answered me, in a very rude and unsympathetic manner. She told me its none of their business that that happened, I took my own precious time to collect so it cant be their fault. Why didnt I collect on time, mind you, it was not like i collected after a month, twas only 6days.I work in a Spa and Beauty industry where closing time is really not guaranteed. In close work after 6pm most times and they close at 5:30pm. I work weekends as well. I didnt know it was a crime or that Ill get punished for collecting my parcel after 6 day. Im so disappointed with the staff attitude, their service is appalling.

This postnet helped me start my business and I am forever grateful. Im here almost twice a week. The staff are excellent especially Lesley whose always full of smiles and quick. She knows us by name. In fact everyone does. I would recommend everyone using this postnet because of the great customer service.

I am really surprised about your services. I have paid for one ECFMG document to sent on 2nd October. It was supposed to give tracking number by own when document sent, but on 17th October you sent a wrong tracking number on my query. I have to go three place to confirm that your giventracking number was wrong. After that 4 days ago, I have mailed you thrice regarding tracking number. I also have called your office from Bangladesh and explained the situation. Yet there is no solution. How ridiculous sevice you are giving!

On the 6th September 2018, your shop closed at 17:30. i was at the door at 17:35 merely wanting to ask if there was an alternate place your employees knew where i could print besides postnet. They gestured that they were closed and just ignored me from there on, i was trying to get their attention and trying to show them i just needed information but they were just showing me their hands and waving me off. Its poor customer service.

Terrible, my parcel was supposed to be delivered over night to a tender box in Pietermaritzburg on the 17th of August 2018 for a tender that closed on the 20th of August 2018, only to be called by Post Net on the 30th of August 2018 to say my documents where not delivered and I must take it up with the courier company it’s not their problem... Even though the was direct instruction to submit on the box.. Never trust them with parcel delivery...

I have never had such good service!! I would recommend using this post net to everyone !! It is run with lots of care and they look after their customers .

The owner is friendly. The girls working in the store should both be fired. They refused to assist at 4:30 after the owner had left and proceeded to close the doors. The attitudes and the way they speak to customers is appalling.

NO ONE ANSWERS WHEN YOU CALL AND THE ONE TIME THEY DID BECAUSE I WOULDNT STOP CALLING, THEY DROPPED IT IN MY EAR.
