Good amount of stock available. Service was prompt. Our salesperson, Melody had such impressive product knowledge and etiquette. She was polite, cool, calm and collected while she served us, although we were not the only customer she had at the time.

!!!Attention!!!Everyone be very careful when buying from these people. They claim to be selling refurbished products but they are just old machines. I purchased multiple laptops from them which came with pirate copies of Windows, and most recently I purchased a couple of “Refurbished” desktop towers which arrived and after running a diagnostic on them realized that both hard drives in the machines had failed. To which I spoke to Melody and requested a replacement, as how can they sell damaged goods? And was told I would need to pay for new ones as they don’t do any diagnostic testing they just turn the machine on and if it comes on then that’s the extent of tests done. So I ended up having to go and purchase 2 x brand new hard drives to install in my supposed “Refurbished” machines. So be very CAREFUL when buying products from them.

Affordable 2nd hand pcs

I bought a desktop via the advert on Gumtree .Communication and service was good until the product arrived.It was advertised as 4 gig ram but only had 2 x 1 gig fitted.I sent messages and called with no response!A rip off! I will not recommended or do business....very very shaky!I put the pc on.....its a mess...totally slow and all advertised info is false! PLEASE DONT BUY ANY THING! THEY ARE A CON !

They have most of the computer gadgets and cheap Internet.But I wasnt impressed they sold me an E5573 huawei router that is MTN network locked.I took it back and they reimbursed me.-----------------------------With response to the shop owner who wrote one must always specify so that you can be served with proper items.--- My Response ---When you buy a router or modem, the seller should specify clearly if there are restrictions in workmanship of the device. Not let the user buy, and only for him/her to struggle with the device because when you buy a phone, router, or modem, you expect it to work in any network - not network locked.
