I personally experience a harmonious atmosphere entering this shop. The technician are always willing to assist in product knowledge and providing advice.This comfort a customer. I purchase most of my items from them.

Im extremely happy with the customer services that was excellent. My laptop screen that was broken was repaired anew again at a reasonable prices. Well done and keep this standard of excellence up!!

Could really do with a facelift at this point in time. No high quality products, mostly cheap imports. Staff are friendly.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely pathetic. The price on the website doesnt match the prices in store. Took 2 minutes to install new RAM that I purchased there and I was charged over R100 for the installation. Do yourself a favour and rather go to incredible connection or some other place. Cheaper products and they do the install for free while you wait. Will NEVER go there again.

The service was very poor they didnt fix my laptop properly using bonding glue imagen that now my laptop is like an old one and still new.

This is an absolutely useless place to repair you laptop. It comes back worse than before and they still make you pay with no diagnostic report. Save your money and device and go somewhere else.

I wouldnt recommend this place. Took my laptop for a service and when I got it back it crashed in the first 30 minutes. I took it elsewhere and they told me that my 4gb ram was replaced by a 2gb and thats what caused the crash. So I I complaint and at the end they gave me a new 4gb which is nice. But its the hustle going there not getting it fixed at first time then pay more cash for someone else to look it it and phone call after phone call complaining about it. Although the person that assisted me was very good and helpful

I was deeply upset at their poor customer service, and the hefty price charged for a simple ram transfer, from one computer to another. My old computer which contained a 4gb ram chip, in good condition , according to them was not working (yet it worked perfectly fine before I sent it in) , and thus could not be transfered . When I received both my laptops, I discerned that the battery in my NEW laptop was faulty, yet worked perfectly fine before I sent it in. 2 coincidences? I highly doubt that. They are crooks!

Would have given then 0 stats of I could. Their technicians are just IT Support Rejects. They barely know how to upgrade RAM. USELESS!!Someone with absolutely no knowledge about hardware would be able to do their jobs.Save yourself the frustration and rather go Computer mania.

Even after a year of not being there. I remember how verbose the seller was when I need to buy a new motherboard. I hope they still have that fire 🔥. The stock was OK but if u are an extreme gamer u may be disappointed 😥 but for small and auxiliary parts of u should definitely have a visit

I am highly disgusted with this branch of Matrix Warehouse... At the end of November I took 2 computers to them for testing because we had a major lighting strike and both PCs were out...They gave feedback and said everything is busted except the Harddrives... As I paid I was asked if I would like to recycle the computers they can do that for me... I paid R500 for the 2 pcs to be tested, and had a feeling something was off...I got friends to help me test them again. Some of the RAM is still fine, the NVIDIA 1050ti is still working 100% which is not a cheap graphics card to replace. AND, wait for it, the i3 CPU and the i7 CPU is also still working 100%...So I paid R500 to get lied to about my computers. And it would have cost me way more to get the computers up and running again had I not gotten a 2nd opinion...Matrix Warehouse Princess Crossing, what you did was unethical and completely unacceptable. You will never see me again. I actually want my money back but I doubt that will even happen...

Pathetic. Opend later than what it says on their window today because of staff meeting. Came back after their staff meeting, 40 minutes, they still cant help me their systems is down . The other time i bought a brand new computer from them which turned out to be faulty. After struggling long hours and running software test i figured out it was the ram that was faulty. I decided to take it back. They insisted to do their own fault finding. Turns out they wanted to charge me labour to change the ram

Went there 2 months back for a laptop keyboard. Gave them all the specs and emailed the specs whilst i was in the store at their request. Still no reply.
