Poor service, I was doing a Sim swap here and was told I need the sim card that’s lost to do it so I could receive an Otp, poor usability by Vodacom the other option was supposedly offline🤦🏽‍♂️

Today I was on the point of despair down in the Wild Coast because my mobile WiFi would not connect even though there was 2Gb loaded.In the end I called my at-home local ZA-Vodacom Blairgowrie shop and spoke to Danielle who led me through what I needed to do to get my WiFi up and running !Danielle is amazing !She is kind, thoughtful, always goes the extra mile.
