No body came to ask me if I needed help. When I spoke to someone about a screen I wanted to purchase they told me they were out of stock. Although the website says they had, which is the only reason I drove to this store..I then while paying for something else I decided to by, a person came to me and said they actually do have one more screen in stock..... if I had not decided to do further shopping here I would not have got the screen that I drove far to come and get.. why do the staff get to decide who is good enough to get the stock or not?????
Great experience, the TV I bought wasnt supporting the features that was listed. I returned it in exchange for another one that supports what I needed. They were all friendly and understanding and did not give me any issues. I am a happy customer, keep up the great work 👍
Tebogo the store manager, he is very brilliant he will assist you from the beginning until the end. He is currently assisting us with our 49 Sunsui TV which is having problems while its still under warranty. He is friendly, understanding and responsible. Bought a tablet for my son and was convinced to take insurance. 3 months down the line am back in the shop to have it fixed. They promise fixing will be done in 21 days. After almost 2 months they call me asking me to bring a charger or else they can sale a charger for R450 for a tablet that I bought for around R1000. Been busy to take a charger but I finally go there,,, as am writing this, the customer care desk has no consultant and am waiting for a ghost. Pathetic service. Been here 30 minutes and every one keeps on saying the customer guys will attend to me,,,,

Poor service! I paid off my account on 23 January 2021 and asked the person who was assisting if there will not be an deductions from my account on the 25th. She said they wont be any debits as I have already closed off the account. Guess what? The money was debited! I followed up and Im still waiting to this day for my money to be reversed. Emails are not even being responded to! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Poor service quality. And you have to be careful with their guarantee, I bought a product that had a failure and when I went to exchange they told me that they had to repair it first and that I could exchange it only if the product has the same malfunction a second time. when the product had the same failure the second time they tell me now that the product must have the same failure 4 times (so must be repaired three times) to be replaced.
Im very much disappointed with hifi corp I bought a very expensive TV from you guys the day before lockdown its a diamond curve smart tv 65 so when I opened it yesterday only find out theres no TV remove.
The service from the floor staff was amazing but the cashier just plain rude more interested in the conversation with her colleague than ringing me up.

Initially hard to find a sales person, then they start bickering about whos customer you are when it becomes obvious you are actually buying. To be fair at least there was some service, unlike many of the other stores we looked around in.

Quite a number of factory stores, including Nike, Under Armour, Studio 88...lots of great bargains if you like sneakers like myself.
I have never experienced such low levels of service from a reputable establishment as the one in woodmead, and this is just from phoning the branch, not to mention visiting the branch. Also considering South Africa as being one of the worst countries when it comes to service, Hifi corp made the top of my list.

Pretty useless place. Limited stock, prices much the same as anywhere else, often out of stock of many items. Terrible service - impossible to find anyone to assist, even when the store is almost empty. Parking can also be hard to find at weekends. Best to give the place a complete miss, and rather go elsewhere.

I went to Hi-Fi corporation on Saturday 30th at woodmead the guy called KG didnt help me. He asked me to come on Sunday knowing that hes off imagine and on top of that the note pad was booked before now its booked again .. I am really not happy about what KG did am using petrol not water....
Worst experience ever. The people involved in the distribution of goods DEFINITELY UNORGANISED....Will absolutely not recommend this Hi-Fi to anyone..
