Took in a Russell Hobbs microwave to be repaired and got the item back today however the item isnt working - The microwave tripped all my appliances in my spot and the item isnt fixed. Worst service I must say.

One goes into the store theres long queues and one teller. The staff doesnt even seem to know the correct time the store closes. When I personally asked the staff what time they close I was given the time when I returned one and half hours before the time I was told the store will close the store was closed already. I just said are these people for real 😡

Bad staff service could be better but a good store

The sales people are not ready to help, more into loud music and dancing. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and noone came to assist...raised my hand for a minute 🙄. I then took the price tag and went to the paypoint and showed the lady at credit apps as she paid attention and asked what I needed. That same lady called a rep with dreadlocks to come and assist me. He took the price tag and walked to the appliance quietly. We just followed behind....I then greeted him...what happened to the days where reps greet clients with a smile?Bottom line the guys on the floor are not helpful. I only gave a better rating because of the ladies at the till. The old magogo with dreadlocks and lady with freckles.

Shocking. Took ages for assistance and then to be told the item I wanted to purchase, I an not able to hear the sound or clarity because the batteries are all flat

The store is small but trust if they dont have what you need, they will check their other stores and let you know

Not very impressed. The website clearly stated that the shop would be open on New Years Day, although the hours might vary. The shop was however closed with a sign up, clearly from before Xmas stating it would be closed on those days. What a waste of time. What other information on the website is false / outdated?

Small but managed to get what I needed. Salesman was great as well.

The staff are difficult to deal with and what should be a simple process takes 3 hours double trips and they make you jump through hoops to facilitate their power trips. If it wasnt for the sale and the urgency with which we needed our appliance I would not have gone back.
