The seating is comfortable with many leather couches. The decor is smart and of good quality. For the people who want to work and enjoy their favorite drink, there is ample space available with comfortable chairs. You have to walk a distance and toilets are squashed and running water sometimes a problem. So it is better to go to the Rosebank Mall, which is nearby and offer much better ablution facilities. It is a pity Rosebank has a dead feeling at night as the Mall close early and also the Seattle. Great Seattle and must visit. Popolar with cyclists. Baristas are qualified. You dont always friendly service, however by far best baristas to find and mostly energetic.

Modern interior design spaces and good coffee have grown to be a a draw card for Seattle Coffee company. Their spaces have grown to be a welcoming meeting place, work space and and a space to unwind. The Design of the 100th store in Gauteng is poignant. Highlights are the sophisticated wireless phone chargers they have on their tables, a very innovative gesture. The staff was welcoming and the space is really accommodating. There are sections where one can lodge and have ultimate privacy and I can say you can easily host a meeting on the huge centre Table or grab a book in the corner with no disturbance.Worth a visit you adore beautiful spaces and great Coffee.

Best coffee ever! The way i like it.

I loved their lattes, I will definitely come back to drink the other hot beverages. Their milk tarts and mini banana loaves were delicious. The music is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, its so chilled. Its employees are friendly and the shop is clean and tidy...

This is probably the nicest coffee place in the Rosebank Mall. Checked out Starbucks (outside), Vida (in Exclusive Books) and Motherland Coffee before deciding to settle at Seattle (see what I did there?) Nice atmosphere, good WiFi, and good coffee. Also nicely located and well furnished/decorated. Would recommend.

So much better than the Starbucks in the same center. I love the frozen coffees. The staff are incredibly bubbly and awesome to chat with. I do consider this my go to coffee spot in rose bank. Also great to sit here and do work and use the WiFi which is handy for people on the move!

An absolutely stunning coffee shop - it has got to be one of my new favourite versions of Seattle Coffee. It is big and spacious and lots of room for seating. The coffee and service is on point. Somewhere to sit and relax and enjoy your coffee as well catch up on a book or work.

Coffee shop housed at the bottom of the Wework building across from the Food Lovers Market. Has the standard Seattle menu. Lots of space inside for patrons.

Love the new store at The Zone. A nice spot to work from if youre in the area. I like the large communal table in the centre. Theres also plug points if you bring a laptop. Good service!

Even at a good business sometimes things go wrong. No sweetner (Buy at Game?) And no sleeves. Tills are not working. Everything manual. Coffee as brilliant as always!

Chai latte was delicious but the music was just way too loud

Customer experience is very poor. The staff is not friendly, very arrogant and not willing to serve. I had heard a lot about the coffee but the way I was served was just not acceptable.

Staff = Full of Unprofesstional Attitude and Rude behaviour. Asked for a tall cappuccino and all what I get was a cup full of milk with no trace of those claimed X2 shuts. They just gave me the lost-face look when I questioned the appearance and taste. Ended up leaving my R29 cup on table and headed towards Starbucks (meanwhile I can hear the rude comments and laughter from some staff). Take my advice, walk extra steps to either Starbucks or Father since they are an attitude-free Cafes.

I had a really negative experience there. Not at all what I would expect from a customer-centric establishment. In fact my experience there was a Masterclass in poor customer service. The people behind the counter were cold, unempathic and did nothing useful to handle our situation.

Very poor customer service we checked website for close time today- it said 7pm, we arrived at 1645 and brought our 92 year old Granny with for a mothers day outing. The staff (Lea) did not inform us at all they were closing. We sat in the store for 15 minutes and then went to order, only to be told the store was closed. When I asked why no one mentioned that to us when we walked Lea she said it was not her job to approach customers but the customers job. Very bad impression Seattle.
