Poor overall. Besides the fact that it’s seriously stuck away in the back, all the way upstairs-it’s very badly labeled and few know where it’s located. Staff are snooty and obsequious and have basically no time for you and couldn’t care less about explaining options or informing one of what’s available or highlighting the specials. Went in for machine, frother, 50 pods, and left empty handed. They couldn’t care less. Will take my business elsewhere.

The service one receives at Nespresso varies widely depending on the time of day and which store assistant helps one.I have had tremendous service in the past that made me consider spending more than Id budgeted for.Ive also had an unfortunate experience last Sunday afternoon with a store assistant who made me feel like a criminal for asking for a sample and couldnt find my surname on the system, with the accompanying comment that it is very suspicious.The solution was to leave the store for a few moments and come back inside to be helped by a different store assistant who was able to find me in the system and complete my purchases in record time.The store is well stocked but lost a couple stars for running out of limited edition coffees too soon, one would hope that by visiting once a month, one could catch each limited edition, but sadly this isnt the case.The staff are knowlegable about coffee and its accompanying machines and hollow ware.

Nespresso Hyde Park is always an excellent shopping experience. Their staff are all knowledgeable, courteous and their coffee aint bad either.Remember to get their recycling bags as these capsules aint recyclable throught traditional methods. Drop it back at the store next time you shop!

Unbelievable service! I damaged my Nespresso U machine when coffee got spilt, and it went onto descaling mode. I took the machine into Hyde Park yesterday afternoon, and gave it to the always-friendly Luca. He said they would repair it, descale it, and not charge me. He also added that I could not come and fetch it, as it would be delivered to my home. All this would take 7 working days - he repeated, 7 working days.To our amazement, the machine was delivered back to our home this afternoon!! That is less than a 24-hour turnaround! The machine is beautifully clean and looks like new, but also in the box was a set of 16 Grand Cru capsules too! This is marketing par excellence, and we are surprised and delighted customers. All kudos to the staff at Hyde Park, and long may they prosper!
