Being a vegan and allergic to nuts, its hard to find coffee that tastes awesome and has a unique feel all on its own( black coffee). Blue Bean Roastery provides this coffee for me. Ive watched them roast these beans from their green state to their amazing roasted version. Nothing like the fresh smell of well toasted coffee beans!
