Loved how friendly the staff were. Stunning store with huge variety of shoes snd clothes. I specifically went to find the jean michel basquiat range.

Not very friendly and helpful staff, I am actually disappointed in Converse. My pair of shoes has a factory fault which happened prior to Covid, but to date nobody has reached out to assist me after numerous emails sent.

Went in to get a pair of Keith Haring. Floor staff was OK, managers service sucked. Understandably they didnt have stock but the customer experience was wack. Ended up getting the sneakers at X-Trend who went above and beyond.

Not quite sure why people complain about unfriendly staff, my experience was fine, staff was helpful. They didnt have a particular shoe in our size so they phoned converse in braamfontein and organized the size we wanted without any hassle.

Friendly staff

The staff for me were very helpful, knowledgeable, and were friendly. But the shoe quality has decreased by crazy degrees as my soles ripped and fell off in one year when back in 9th grade my first pair of converses lasted 5 years.

Very unhelpful staff. Gave them a call and waited for 10 mimutes on hold while I heard them having casual conversations amongst themselves
