Hi there my complaint is I have been shopping and doing my pep paxi at pep in lenasia trade route mall as well as in pep signet terrace in lenasia ...at signet lenasia pep Im happy with the service rendered to me ...but very unhappy with the service given at pep trade route mall lenasia gauteng...in my last 3 visits to pep trade route regarding pep paxi the cashiers always seem to be having different rules or are they making up the rulz at the store ..I have been using pep paxi over 1 year now and today 23 may 2021 the cashier at trade route pep tells me that I must get the code to where I need to paxi my parcel ...this is the first time any pep had to ask a customer to locate a pep paxi store number as Im sure it reflects on pep system ...I was asked to stand aside n get the pep store number ...by these attitude i feel like taking my courier services to another company thats willing to assist n help not for me the client to look for information thats already in ur data ...

Dont have lot of stuffs compared to other pep stores

Today I had the worst experience at this PEP, from being rudely addressed by the security and the cashier completely ignoring me when I was trying to send a parcel. Eventually left without getting help.
