Very juicy and spicy dunked wings💯

Understanding staff. Had to exchange the order without any hassles

The staff dont know what they have and dont have on the menu or in stock. The chips are cold and the burgers were not made very well - half the sauce and garnish was in the box and not on my burger. We had to wait for more burgers to be made because they ran out... Might have been a bad night, but the experience wasnt the greatest...

I am not happy, I came in and asked for breakfast and I was told its past breakfast hours.I accepted but only to hear the order of the guys who where right after me. They came in and they sounded familiar with the staff and he ordered breakfast and there was no issue for him. That really broke my spirit, if I am not familiar with the staff now I cant get what I desire...

The drive through is always excellent and the food is prepared hot and fresh 90% of the time. Always good flavour and my go to store when it comes to KFC.

Product not correct, pieces not according to order when I got home. Condiments 1 tomato sauce 2 salt 5 serviettes . Chicken 2 wings per box. Bought 2 six piece family feast. The mash and gravy underfilled. They do not answer call.

I was there on 25 July 2021 at 19:30Drive thru was closed. There were 10 people queuing inside. And a staff at the door told me I came too late as they are about to close.The closing hours is 20:00I ran a fast food store before. This is unacceptable.

Food was great but it took forever to be prepared

The meat was rotten, it took about an hr to go through the drive through and no 1 even gave any apology for whatever caused the delay

Like most kfc but they uphold there standard

I changed my order within 1 minute and the cashier at the drive through informed the packer infront about the change, the packer shouted irritated by this change. The cashier informed the packer that it is within the customers right to change, there is nothing wrong with that. The packer was so irritated in such a way that when she gave me my order it fell on the ground.

Food was good, order was missing coleslaw and a drink. One couldnt understand lady at the order window.

I had hard, undercooked fries!! Never buying from this KFC in my life.

I waited 20 minute in the drive thru. And there was only 2 cars in front of me, and not busy at all. Service is really bad. Please put people in front that know whats going on. The woman in front of me was also hooting and shouting. Bad bad drive thru service!!!!!!!

The waiting time in store is ridiculous. From paying to getting my order was over 40 minutes, and then some of chicken wings were undercooked. It seems like they prioritise the delivery services. Staff not bothered either.

Before the pandemic the place was an absolute train smash, but now that everything is sanitised and the workers are more clean and cautious, the store is a lot more enjoyable and the food is to good standards.

Took time to get my food, and the service was just horrible

I drove through yesterday, ordering streetwise 3 pap. No pap was available, then l switched to wise 3 chips, and when l asked for gravy that goes with pap, l got it for free!! Was off to cook my own pap.

I just dont like how kfc gives accepts money in a tray making customer feel like a sick person yet they handle the money out the tray

Took the family for a quick meal. Restaurant was clean, sanitization/temperature was done.Staff was on the ball,food was served very promptly. Chicken was good and the portions were great as well.

The place looks filthy and their idea of a boxmaster is laughable. No pineapple, and near the bottom I encountered what I assume to be zinger sauce even though I explicitly asked for a normal boxmaster. Worst KFC experience ever.

Staff is very relaxed in terms of adhering to simple customer service standards. Such as (I went last month - drive through) giving patrons food in wrong packaging without informing them prior. The very same KFC outlet Ive had an experience with around 2013/14 - rude staff member. It was sorted out by the then manager who had displayed her WhatsApp number on the drive through window.

The chicken here is great in that it is not drenched in oil, but it is not the best KFC around.

It was horrible, I ordered Double Crunch meal today, and they gave me water and pretended as if its sprite. Unfortunately I saw when I was already home

This KFC has definitely come up in the world. The drive through is your best option. Food is very fresh and hot, not greasy. Lovely crunch and zing on the chicken.

Went early in the morning and I was served yesterday’s food!!!!! So dry.

Ordered from KFC and found a live bug in our wrapped bun. We paid extra for this as well (it didnt come as a meal) and couldnt even eat it. The meat was super dry

They always manage to mess up some aspect of my order. Sometimes their zinger wings are not crispy but moist and yucky. Last night my chips were not even well done, even I can make better chips than that 😞

Very disappointed as I had to wait more than 30min in drive tru and I was the 2nd car to place my order. When I got to the collect window as was told to park as my order is not ready and they will bring it to me. Waited for nother 30mins. As I went to the collect window to ask my money back the lady just reached out to get my packed which was in the shelves by window. Poor service and no client service at all for a drivetru it is rather bad and will make sure I will never go back.

The chicken was fantastic I know this sounds cliche but I have been to a few, OK alot and some place the chicken is oily, this place chicken was on point, big up to the chef of the day, I will be back
