Would really recommend this KFC. Always friendly, food always taste fresh and even just driving past you can smell it a few hundred meters away.

The worst experience ever!firstly the drive through took forever nd the person assisting us disappearing constantly, then they didnt pack our nuggets nd soft drink, lastly the meat tasted like it was spoiled nd the wraps has no taste nd the flavors were wrong. They dont even deserve the one star 😪

Its an OK place but be careful they easily screw your order and will ask you to take it if you dont mind. I did a drive through and the driver had to insist she asked for this otherwise they will just say next please.and not even sorry about it and you have already paid. The food is good though

Easy ordering quick service and a great price point . The chicken consistently delicious . Drive through is always efficient and staff are helpful in describing meals . Only needed for one and they were able to explain KFC meals easily and what to order

Great drive through and in house ordering service. Their food is good with sufficient portions to fill you up. Their location next to a gas station is convenient for a one stop trip of sorts. It is also located in a secure place where their 24 hrs service is made safe for all clients.

Thats one of the most organized branches of KFC! Theyre my favorite branch! Their service both in-store and drive-thru is amazing,prompt and friendly! Their products are fresh just one would expect them to be. Its just us customers causing a long quee in the drive-thru due unfamiliar ways of using such facilities and maybe not knowing what to buy

For a newly refurbished KFC the parking is horrible and you end up having to share the same line as the drive through 😐👎👎👎👎just to leave. So during peak hours, try another KFC unless you want to get stuck in a queue

They should make sure their refrigerators are on a good temperature they gave me a hot cold drink today but they have a good service

It’s always an important thing to have well train people especially at the reception area. Staff working on drive through they lack that degrees of customer care. I recommend management to train their staff on how to deal with customers.

Order was quick but some complaints: I ordered the KFC All In 1 meal, however no coleslaw when I opened the bag at the office. #feelrippedoff. There is no veggie burger option on the self service kiosk stations. IT team need to urgently address this and update their application.

Very pleasant and comfortable with quick service amd exellent from the employees. The quality of my meals was exceptional.

This place is always busy. Situated by the garage and near a school. You are guaranteed fresh food if you dont mind the wait. Only once i had an issue with my coffee which was 3/4 cup full when i used the drive thru.

Food is delicious and the revamp is great unfortunately the parking issues wasnt addressed and makes hard to find parking and taxis are always blocking the entrance

I’m only giving it a 4/5 as I can’t give my opinion on the service inside the store. We utilise the drive through only. The drive through side is not too visible from the road while u driving. You would need to drive right into the BP and head to the LHS of the KFC to access the drive thru. I would rate The Grayston’s branch chicken 🍗 the 2nd freshest out of all the branches I have eaten at, so far. Be aware that once in a while, you may need to wait for chicken. As they get so busy sometimes later in the evening. They run out fast LoL. You can also get their food delivered if you order via Mr Delivery app.

Was at the drive trough and had a streetwise two. It was not fresh as normally the case, it was oily.

Its a 24 hr but the service was so bad. The toilets were filthy, the food did not taste like KFC at all, my chips had no spice or salt, the meat was tasteless, I did not get any sauces. It was terrible.

You only buy at the cashier because you want to otherwise theres a self service speed point area, I know Nandos to always pick on KFCs, this branch is the reason they do, service is prompt & to your satisfaction! I thank the whole KFC for tht particular branch!

The staff is really quick, 3 times Ive ordered there. Ive had my order missing salt or tomato sauce even after asking the ladies to add them. It is really concerning.

I went through the drive through this afternoon. The service was fine but the food quality terrible. Lettuce tasted off, zinger and crunch fillets in our burgers tasted like chemicals and we gave the food away. It was awful.

Slow and terrible drive-through service. I went there twice in the space of 2 hours.The first time I paid for the person behind me, after waiting about 15 minutes in the queue. They had to give me cash to make up for the mistake.The second time my wife wanted ice cream so, and again took the wrong order.
