Bought an toaster from them Oct 2020, 7 months later the toaster failed. Only one email to Kayleen and everything was sorted out, no ifs or buts, we received a new toaster the same week. Now thats service! We will keep on supporting them with equipment purchases in the future for sure. Well done guys.

Treat the customers like thieves, by almost 90k of equipment at once and being told to go and wait outside. If you want to check your equipment they say you are not allowed, meantime the equipment was damaged and full of dents. I will never do business with this company in my life again.
