I really cannot recommend this branch enough. I popped in randomly one day to enquire about something and one of the nice technicians found an issue with my expansion bottle which was leaking. Since then I have been going to them for any car repairs and I also just recently did a service with them. Great, helpful staff and both Thando and Mavis are an absolute pleasure! The car technicians are super friendly and explain everything they have done with your car. I also feel their pricing is quite fair 🙌🏾

Called them to book my car for service, I explained to the person I spoke over the phone that the steering wheel has got a play which I would like it too be fixed and they agreed they will check and give a quote once the car has arrived, When the car arrived they checked the steering column only to be told they can’t fix it as they don’t have a technician who is qualified to the job, serviced the car with them, the cost was R2300. I had too take my car to Randburg and they fixed the problem within less than 30mins and they never charged, they told me it was a lose bolt, which car city couldn’t not pick it up, i chosed then because they are close to my place. Wasn’t impressed at all.

I was absolutely unimpressed with this branch! No regard for the customer but money driven. Very dodgy and exorbitant pricing whilst doing below average work. I was over charged twice and got the worst repairs done on my car. The car had a knocking sound after they worked on it and they could only fix it the third time around.

A complete and utter ripoff!!! They fixed the part they thought it was for an insane amount And the car isnt even fixed. Taking it to a centre in Alberton now that doesnt even charge 50% of the Cost car service centre is asking. EXTORTION!!!A friends Mercedes was taken to them, they barely analysed the problem and then quoted over 5000 Rand, they called almost a week later stating the problem is still there and it will Cost this much..... Friend called them and said Im not paying you more, Ive already paid you so fix the problem. Pathetic............ Now 05/03/2020 more than a month later they car has been returned to them with the same problem. Take you care there only if it need oil and new filter they are not in any way trained to fix real problems.

My car had a problem with restricted performance and booked in car service city Fourways. They attend engine harness which nothing related with problem and charged over R8k. They said car Is ready for collection but when I come to collect, car still The Same condition and they just took my money. Be careful !!

Was there this morning for a service and my car had also broken down firstly they just quoted without asking the guys who work there to check whats at fault .left my car and husband there only for him to call now to say they could not find the clutch cable so the car can be collected tomorrow as there is not much they can do its knock off time.i thought because its based at fourways and knowing the market there i would receive the best service however it was the worst ,i am never taking my car there ever again.what makes it even worse is i explained before taking the car there that there is a fault and they said they will be able to fix it only to find that they are just fraudsters and there is nothing they can do about it,they took my vin number to check for the details and as to which clutch is required but they came back twice with the wrong one.M y husband could not go to work today he sat there the whole day for the kaak service he received,i would not recommend them to anyone on any given day.

Warning!!! Do not use this service station, they will fix your car temporarily just to have the same problem six months down the line.

If you want to get ripped off, please take your car here! I kept taking my car back cos they couldnt fix my problem after charging me. Worse off THEY BUMPED MY CAR and left a dent at the back, and they denied it. Had to get surveillance from the centre management to show that I drove in with no dents, the guy got enraged and it didnt end well.Worst part, my car was still not fixed. I wouldnt recommend this place at ALL!
