I have twice rented a car from ResQ Rent A Car using their long-term rental plan and both times I was 100% pleased. Flip, Schalk, and the rest of the staff were always kind, helpful, and prompt when I contacted them with questions about the cars available for lease, the contract details, or service. The prices were reasonable and the long-term contract was especially useful for me, a foreigner in South Africa for an extended stay (twice, for a period of one year) who needed a car but was nervous about having to buy and sell a car independently at the beginning and end of my time there. I know of no other companies that offer such a service in South Africa. Most importantly, perhaps, the two cars that I rented from ResQ were in impeccable shape and gave me no problems, despite the fact that I drove them very often during my time in SA. I recommend ResQ without the slightest hesitation!

Bunch of crooks!!! Charged me a Credit card surcharge of 5% for fuel but the receipt shows that no credit card was used, cash was tendered. Just another scam to fleece extra money out of unsuspecting customers. Will never see me again.
