At this moment in time , I am incredibly disappointed, not at the staff, as I have received incredibly good friendly service, but at the vehicle I took collection of on August 27th 2021. The vehicle is old and has alot of kilos on it, but the salesman assured me that it is in good condition, has a brand new engine and fully serviced, so I was comfortable to take it. Just before the 25th of September the vehicle did not start, it had to be towed and the workshop team that was very friendly and helpful advised me that it was a minor issue(starter) I then collected the vehicle and was on my way. On 16th of October I went to a local Spar and ended up spending an hour in the parking lot as the vehicle was completely without power. A friendly Samaritan assisted me with jumper cables. Today October 17th the vehicle is without any power again, I have a Covid 19 vaccination appointment I will now miss because of this issue. I just want to pay my monthly installments for a vehicle that is not gonna break down with mechanical issues every month please, especially when I was assured that the insides of the vehicle has been upgraded and is fully serviced.

The garage has good stock and lots of it. It has grown to be the biggest dealership over the years within the busy stretch of road. At any given time I believe they have in excess of a hundred cars which one can choose from. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership is secure and neatly kept however parking is a bit of a challenge. Overall this is a good garage.

Since I bought/got the car August 2018, the car was never serviced before they gave it to me and I did report it to the sales lady within a couple of days regarding this. After a week a started getting problems with the car engine (turbo, tyres, release bearing and many many more). I told them again and they just dont care. Since August 2018 I spend over R100 000 on problems literally every single month with this car and Kilokor does not help at all to sort this out. Dec 2019 they fixed some of the things and dropped it of at my house. I did not drove with it for 3 weeks after delivery back. The first time after I start the car again to drive with it, oil starting pumping out all over the engine and dripping on the ground, smoke out of the engine, back door got a deadlock, release bearing not fixed as told and according to them they have fixed EVERYTHING???? They also refuse to send me copies of all the parts they have placed new in the car as well as refusing to send me warranties etc. since Dec. 2019. I emailed them immediately and it is May now, without any success with them since August 2018. we also asked numerous times if I can please turn this thing in for something reliable and they refuse. Im really fedup and done with these people. When you phone them, they throw the phone down in you ear 16:30 as its time to knock off for them, nevermind still talking to a client over the phone

The only experience I have had with Messrs. Kilokor Motors was when a vehicle that formed the subject of a lease agreement with them, and which was insured under their policy, rammed into the back of me while I was stationary at a traffic light doing substantial damage.The driver of the vehicle claimed his brakes had failed and admitted liability in a written statement at the scene of the accident.When attempting to get their insurance details in order to claim against the policy under which their vehicle was covered, I was told to lodge my claim with the workshop that had worked on their vehicle or directly with their lessee. They showed no interest in acknowledging their legal obligation.I wouldnt deal with these people under any circumstances.If they refuse to entertain a legitimate claim against their insurance, you can only imagine what other under handed activities they may indulge in.

I dont think they are two Kilokor dealerships in Newlands. So Im certain my complaint is directed to the right place. If there is -0 ratings I was going to go for it for Kilokor Dealership. The vehicle they sold to my friend had many defects from its engine (overheating) loose wiring strips cover, both front and back bumpers not inline with body. Some of its parts are marked with white marks eg wipers and some other parts in the bonnet. Dent and scratches on the body. One of its fenders looks as if it was welded. Also looks as it was repainted to a silver coloure. But the document said it was white in colour, etc. When were shown this they said it was a misprint and corrected to a silver colour. The price of the car was the same as buying a brand new car. She layed complain within a week but was told that she must take it to Nissan for the noise that was heard when driving slowly on a bumpy Rd and to the other place for dents because its out of their hands. I didnt like the way He ( Manager or Owner ) he harassed me in public the day we went to collect the vehicle. Just by telling him that we were there to collect a vehicle while he was busy talking to a client across the Rd. I would never ever recommend anyone to purchase any vehicle from them.
