I cannot say enough about Land Rover Jaguar, Waterford. We often hear these clichés about good service and customer satisfaction, but Im not a retail critic or a mere customer. I consider myself a friend of Land Rover Jaguar, Waterford.After purchasing several cars from them and losing everything during the COVID lockdown (stranded in the US), I returned to visit, empty-handed and unable to buy another car, just yet.Everyone at this dealership treated me with the same respect and friendliness as ever before, despite knowing my situation exactly. Where else can you walk into a car dealership where they full well know you are unable to buy their product, but still the Dealer Principle comes to greet you, still the sales manager makes time for you and still the salesman speaks to you as if you are personal friends?Some of my very best memories comes from my experiences with my own and other Jaguars and Land Rovers and - as vehicle retailers go - I will support this one and the Land Rover Jaguar brand for as long as they exist, as things stand.Thank you Jaguar Land Rover Waterford for not only selling me several vehicles, not only for the great service, the professionalism and the support with all my vehicles, but also for being my friends, for life.If you are considering a new vehicle, want to explore some premium brands and be sure that youll get the best service ever, visit Darrel (the DP), Schalk (the Sales Manager) or Jaco (my sales specialist) at Land Rover Waterford. Bought a Land Rover here, and would highly rate Charlotte as a sales person. BUT, not their service centre. TL/DR - wouldnt trust them to work on my bicycle.I brought in my 2014 Jaguar XF with a coolant leak. They diagnosed the need for a new engine (2014 - 30k on clock). They discussed with JLR and provided an out of warrantee replacement for free (great!). I got the car back and less than 1000k later the main accessory belt broke. I had the car towed back to the dealer. The service manager was extremely rude to my wife, when she went in to ask about the preferred way to get the car towed back. We didnt ask them to pay or anything unreasonable.They diagnosed the broken belt as a defective AC Compressor (R30K). This was surprising as there was no indication of any issues prior to the belt breaking. I expressed some polite frustration and asked if a second opinion was an option. Immediately the service centre stopped returning my calls or emails. Finally had to call Charlotte in sales to get the matter moving again.I gave in and paid for a new compressor. When I got the car back, I discovered low brake boost at idle. A review of the car fault codes showed a long list... low brake vacuum, low coolant pressure, low steering pump pressure... among others. The car is now with someone else to figure out. However, it appears that the very expensive (2X) repairs were not done well, and the car was returned without confirming it was sorted.Last time we called to book service on our new Land Rover, Waterford didnt return the call.I highly recommend you go somewhere else for service.

The whole landrover experience has been a disaster and a complete rip off. After owning a toyota and dealing with their service I have discovered that Landrover service is no where close to the same standard. The main problem is that Landrover charges a fortune for parts (a battery for the car key will cost more than double what it costs at the hardware). Overall they have a very nice showroom with cars that you probably wouldnt end up buying after youve just dropped off your own for the 5th problem thats come up. Would not recommend Landrover unless you are trying to show people how wealthy/in debt you are.
Saturday services are a dog show. if they dont cost you an arm and a leg and not wash your car they might just promise to finish the service on the day, leave you a message after 1 to say theyve locked your car in their workshop since 1, give you attitude on the Monday when you try to collect it and just be an absolute pain in general. Thanks Maira for that enlightening experience. I will not be returning to your dealership ever again.

They were still busy with their new sales premises right on the corner, but the friendly staff showed me around nevertheless. There is a good range of models available to view on the floor, and the person I spoke to, was very knowledgeable. The new Landrover models offer options which are less bulky and the car seems more appealing to me.

This dealership sold me a brand new Jaguar F Pace that was not equipped with the specifications we agreed upon . From the time I received my car, I was informed from staff and management that the problem is software related, only to find out 3 months later that my new car never came with the specification I ordered. From the dealer principal to the staff, no one has taken responsibility for their mistake. The most incompetent and dishonest people and dealership I have ever dealt with. I was then told directly from Land Rover SA that the only way forward is for me to go to the Motor Industry Ombudsman. Careless people working at this dealership and only there for the sale, nothing else.

Called yesterday to book my car in for worn out brakes. Lady took my details down incorrectly, so could not call me back. Claimed system was down so could not load my details. Despite me following up & providing the correct details, I still not receive a call back. No booking was made even though it was something as important as brake pads. The lady in question Cindy, was aware that I had poor service from a previous branch & was hoping to get better service from them. Despite this I got this kind of treatment. She had a bad line & complained of a flu. Am utterly disgusted at the poor service from Landrover. Never had this problem with BMW ever!
If you have a Jaguar or Land Rover I highly recommend these guys for service - they do go the extra mile

Worst dealership ever! Bought the new Range Rover Sport from this dealership and the only thing they cared about was to sign the document and payment for the vehicle. After those were done, the after service by the dealer (Jaco van Wyk) and dealer principle (Darryl Harper) was terrible. No return of phone calls, email, nothing. In addition, in order to receive my registration document and number plate was a huge issue, numerous phone calls and emails. Furthermore, on purchase of the vehicle the dealer (Jaco van Wyk) came to my house to let me sign the paper (of course). And upon arrival, apologies for apparently forgotten my thank you gift for purchasing the vehicle. He then told me that he will send someone to drop of my gift . Three(3) year down the line and still waiting for my doorbell to ring. Never purchase or service you vehicle from this dealership. They love your money, but hate you company.
