Poor new vehicle sales experience at Land Rover Bedfordview. They took my money on 20 June 2020. To date the previous Land Rover has not been settled and 2 debit orders have still gone through. I’m still waiting for licence, registration and InControl activation more than a month later.

Land Rover service staff always very helpful, albeit at a price versus anywhere else.

We are new to the Land Rover brand and this was the first time I took my Evoque to Land Rover Bedfordview. My car needed a new battery and decided to leave it there for a service and let me tell you.... BEST SERVICE we have ever received! A very special THANK YOU to Marcelle Hattingh, she is probably the best Service Advisor in JHB! I think we only decided to leave it there for a Service after we met Marcelle! So happy we did! She kept me in the loop about the progress of my car the entire time. During the update they experienced problems with my cluster, she let me know and sorted it out right away and made sure I got my car back when promised! She also called me 2 days after I collected my car to make sure all was OK and that I was happy! AMAZING! I feel that now I can really rely on them and know they will help me with anything in future. No more worrying about my car going into a dealership! :) Wont take my car anywhere else! Thank you so much!

Took my land rover there 2 to fix the same squeak. 46k later still squeaking. Complaints department will not take my complaint unless the car is still at the service station
