The service with them is amazing, they take care of your care in a brilliant way. Moreover, the people who works there are very helpful and they try to do their best for the clients. However, the prices are expensive, not sure if it’s a general thing about all dealers or just here.

The workshop manager needs to be trained how to talk to people and the dealer needs to stop rejecting cars because they serviced at other RMI shops. Its against the law.

So far so good.....

They have the best cars and when they have events they very punctual.

Super cars and great service

They refused to assist me with my 2008 Jeep as it was no longer serviced by them. Took it to Zone Offroad in Midrand and in a blink of an eye my Jeep was running again. These guys wont see me again, I will rather go to real Jeep experts.

So I took my vechile to Arnold Chatz cars for a diagnostic and they fitted me in same day to my surprise. The next day I just rocked up there after I was informed what my trouble was. Upon arriving I met Melissa at service Dept who explained the issues found on vechile step by step and to my full understanding.I was really happy that they also offered to keep vechile there for 4 days no charge until I could collect. This with security.This is what I certainly call service. Very little of it exists in our entire countrys workforce.Keep it up guys.

I wonder why all the excellent reviews are short and snipbits whereas the bad reviews have actual details? Makes one think... Heres my opinion. Rude abrupt staff. Do not answer their telephone lines. They use cable ties instead of metal clamps as short cuts. Will tell you any lie to sell you a car. No parts. They even have an issue with issuing a good-will from their HO. And thats just the icing on this fruit cake of a dealership. Sorry Arnold Chatz, we were going to buy another car from you but we will not deal with you or your incompetent staff again. Customer lost.

Bought a vehicle here very unsatisfied with the service and very bad communication from their part. Only answers phone when it suits them and dont believe that they will phone you back.After 7 months still waiting for Broken/Missing parts that I pointed out on the showroom floor, promises you the sun and moon but does not deliver, I even went through the trouble of making a list with part numbers to make the job easier that did not help!Please dont reply with this response as all other reviews (We are sorry you had this experience. I couldnt be happier with this dealership. My Fiat Panda Cross was purchased at a stellar price and offers great value for money. Some small post-sale imperfections were handled to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend a visit.

I had very good service from the parts department but the service from the service department is the type that will make you never see me or my wallet again. Does not even have the decency to answer e-mails. (No I did not come right. I am not your customer anymore so dont let it bother you. Haha 3 months later. Pathetic)

To sum it up: Arnold Chatz Weltevreden is like that friendly guy you know that makes promises that he does not follow through on.I wanted to view a car, came through on 3 occassions to find that the car is still in for certain refurb. Friendly salesmen but communication is not high up on their list of responsibilities. Nice cars on offer, but no follow through.

Bought a little Fiat 500, good service, efficient, with Richard the salesman making our lives easy with test drives, paperwork and fixing all the blemishes as promised.

The service from personnel was good but what surprise me prices of this dealership is not the same as other jeep dealership. Why? I think this place is robbing people hard earned cash. Something needs to be done.

Bought car form Arnold Constantia kloof and was told no accidents etc from the rep and was told 30 days any problem bring car back no qustions asked you money back as we big company cool.Only to find out the car been resprayed with over spray filler used and the 2 doors dented must be from the accident or small accidentI have a proper report from MF AUTO approved fiat body shop and willbe sending it as soon the report is ready and hope they will sort the problem out

Changed my Jeep in 2015, and when I renewed my car license in 2016 the old Jeep was still in my name 😡 notified Jeep they promised to sort it out. This year I go again to renew my car license boom 💥 the old Jeep is still in my name 🤬 now I have to pay for both cars because no one wants to bloody assist 😡

They diagnosed my car for a ZAR 55000 repair and when I got a second opinion it was actually a different issue. Ended up costing me ZAR 6000 to repair.

Purchased a car and was lied to that it had no paintwork or have been in any accident.I collected the car and sent it in to a vw dealership and the report came back as accident damage with 80% of the car being resprayed.After sending through the report with a paint inspection report I did not want the car so I was told to bring it back and all expenses will be paid to bring the car back ( fuel and toll) as I live in durbanThe car was then returned however a few weeks later a debit order went off my account for a car that I did not have anymore.I was told it will be re embursed with my costs but all that was a lie. Yet I submitted the receipts as requested by the dealer principleA game of cat and mouse was played and my emails for the refund was ignored.I will never support this dealership in future due to lies and fake promises they made to me especially from senior management level. Pathetic and appalling
