The worst customer service I have seen in my 30 years of buying cars. Promises is made by Martin that he will get back to you when you want to buy a car but never come back to you. Very interested to trade in my vehicle or sell it to them but not at all interested in selling a car to you. I will rather go to another dealership that is interested in selling me a car and get a car for me. No interest from dealership to get a car and sell it to you.

Good service. Friendly staff and great communication when dealing with service. Nice drivers for the lift club. Although they misplaced my service book. They ordered and replaced it immediately.

I went there to collect my car in July and the staff was very welcoming and I was very happy about the service I got. Lorraine helped me well with respect and I thank her for her service.I started to have problems when I had to get my number plates delivered, Seedika was so rude and telling me that Im too demanding and I should know is my responsibility to make sure I get the number plates, not hers.

Service team: Fantastic customer service!! My car was ready, even before I thought it would be. Staff very friendly and helpful. The car was probably the cleanest it has been since I bought it. They even removed some stickers for free, that I had asked them to remove. Thanks Jabu and Werner, much appreciated. :)

My experience with this dealership is that they dont want returning customers and the service is shocking! I have been trying to do a service enquiry for a Mazda on behalf of someone else with Marelize and Jabu (who are the only ones that can help apparently) only to be told constantly that they are busy with clients or a call. They NEVER returned my calls - left about 5 messages. Great job guys, at this rate, you wont have customers left.

Not a great experience with this dealership, rather go to another Mazda dealership or better yet try another manufacturer.I wont waste my money nor time with these guys again. Oh and Mazda Care does not have your back either, so good luck if this is where you intend to buy your next ride, because you will need it

Never really had any issues here, would be nice if there was some real coffee on offer while you wait for shuttles to and from work.

They dont have stock most of the time.

People are very friendly and they welcome everyone in smile and you feel like you are at home.

Over and above great driving vehicles, Eagle Mazda has the best service ethos I have ever encountered in the motor industry.I have been dealing with them for 9 years, through several vehicles, and their service is hands down better than that offered by the German auto dealerships that maintain my other vehicles.

Terrible service I got from this dealership, took my CX5 in for first service on the 11th of January 2019. When I went to pick it up it had a huge crack on the windscreen that was not there when I took it in. They checked the cameras and agreed crack was not there. I was told to take the car for stress crack test that I paid for, after that I was then told I need to go claim from my insurance they will pay the access. I refused going to my insurance for the crack that happened while my car was in their care, they told me theres nothing else they can do. I had to email their MD and CEO to get this resolved. It took them 3weeks to replace my windscreen and they still say the windscreen had a ship that is why it cracked . I will never take my car to EagleMazda again.
