I would rate the level of service a 5 star, rather a 8 star. The sales person was so professional and assisted me with a customer-centric service, you guys the best.

I have never had to chase after a salesperson before, but here I did, my calls wouldn’t be picked up nor returned, and neither my emails. Bhavin Soni, please don’t send quotes to people, make them apply, get approved, only to ghost them afterwards. You wasted my time.

What happened to assisting customers without prequalifying them. This sales guy was not so engaging and threw expensive digits as if that would turn me off and Id leave...guess what, I left for another dealer and got far more better than what I anticipated.

I purchased my Corolla at this dealership, did all my services here, but when I had a problem with the car they drastically overcharged me for my rear brake pads to be replaced. I eventually had the break pads replaced for exactly a third of the price elsewhere. While they evaluated my car, they scratched my side mirror, service was horrible, the manager was nowhere to be seen and I was still charged R800 for this evaluation. I would recommend staying clear of this dealership if you are having any problems with your Toyota as you will most likely leave with further trouble. Furthermore after a Toyota Mccarthy representative called me to get feedback on my experience and I explained my nightmare of a time with them, a staff member from this dealership called me to complain about my comments. Totally unprofessional service from start to finish.

Not the kind of service from Toyota. Not sure why a used car dealer was explaining on how heavy his stock was. It sounded as if the stock was imposed on him: he couldnt buy back the vehicle as he promised on this basis. Zero customer experience.

Give this place a miss. Unhelpful staff, think they are doing you a favour - that is if you get them to acknowledge your presence . No comparison to the McCarthy Woodmead branch. Better find a different place to service your car to avoid disappointment. They do not deserve your business.
