Read the reviews and Hellopeter before using the dealerships. I went to view a M3 applied for the finance got approved went back to test drive and they refused a test drove and requested more things. What a joke. Needless to say I got a better deal else where.

Avoid. Unethical staff and management. Was told that a BMW 320i was available for purchase and not sold when I visited the dealership. Completed a finance application and it was approved. Got to the dealership 2 days after to test drive, pay deposit and sign. Was told on the day the car is sold to another customer. Yet by me signing a finance application it is legally binding for the sale. My time wasted as I traveled far. No apology from the sales rep who dissappeared on the time of our appointment that day. Zero COVID protocol was annoying as well.

I was extremely happy with their efficiency and willingness to go the extra mile for me (bringing the car to me for viewing). If i was unhappy, they would take the car back, but ofcz i loved the car! Wonderful experience

Worst service I ever received. I purchased a 220i convertible BMW only to find some two weeks later that the vehicle was not roadworthy, yet it was financed and delivered. The Dealer Principle (Mohammed Wadee) promised no less than 7 times that the vehicle passed roadworthy and that he will forward the certificate, but later admitted that it was not done. Every time I needed to address an issue with him he became violent, was swearing, made false accusations and called me a thief. VERY unprofessional as a Dealer Principle. The fact that my life and insurance was placed at risk is currently being investigated by the motor ombudsman whilst Wesbank is also investigating how they financed a vehicle that was not roadworthy.

Best place to buy a car

I purchased a vehicle from Autohaus Gobel from Cape Town in February. They were very quick to arrange paperwork and deliver the vehicle to me in Cape Town including a trade of my vehicle to take back to Johannesburg. All smooth sailing up to the point where we signed the paperwork and they took my vehicle.An additional payment came off of my traded in vehicle which they agreed to transfer back to me as the vehicle financing amount on the new vehicle had already gone through. Added to this i needed to pay for the inspection of the vehicle to get the motorplan transferred onto my name which they requested the invoice for to pay back. This to date hasnt happened. Then i start getting fines for their trip back to Johannesburg, three of them in total which i have had to pay and guess what? This hasnt been paid either. Then the documentation stipulated a spare key which the salesman that delivered the vehicle said he forgot in Johannesburg and would courier down. That story has now changed to BMW Cedar has the spare key and they cant find it. All my phone calls where i can actually get hold of them are met with Ill get this sorted and phone you back in an hour which never happens. Emails are ignored.The after sales service has been absolutely atrocious and i would be very wary of doing business with this company.
