Do not go to SG Cars if you want to buy a car. Empty promises is all you get. Friendly group, especially the young gent who assessed my car. But the service is horrible. Still waiting for my call back. Unfortunately these are the businesses that give car dealerships a bad name. Avoid.

They cheated me by selling me a car that was accident damaged, when I explicitly asked if it had been in an accident. The mileage the clock was wound back from 317000 Kms to 116000 Kms. And they charged me for license and registration but didn’t do a roadworthy so the car couldn’t be licensed...STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!

Came all the way from East London for Toyota Hilux double cab 2017, the car was sold, but they did their best to get me a better bakie. Even though i had to sleep 1 night, they accommodated me and sold me the car the next day. Good service and friendly staff.

Worse dealer ever, my cousin bought Ford ranger there, only to find out the car was written off. he tried to ask them to fix the damages, they couldnt help. Never recommend anyone to go there...

At least this is one of the best dealership around Johannesburg, they helped me to get the car i wanted even though it took them 2 days. I appreciated their service and hospitality, will definately recommand them ...

Not even worth one star - but Google doesnt give me that option. Stay away from this dealership. Absolutely shoddy service, you have to follow up with them the whole time, they say they will phone you back, they never do - numerous phone calls and emails that go unanswered - and that is while you are still trying to buy a vehicle. Imagine their after sales service!!! Beware - they sell some used vehicles that have been in accidents and repaired.

Recently I tried to purchase a vehicle from the. The sales person signed a letter stating he would pay for certain things to be repaired. The car had missed its last service which he signed that he would pay for. After I sent him all my documents he said he would not pay for the service. This is completely unethical. He wouldnt even lower the selling price. He also never bothered to call me back and keep updated. He totally wasted my time.

Reasonable prices on clean cars

Phoned to speak to a sales person who can barely speak English, I then asked to speak to the Sales Manager regarding the interest rate on a particular vehicle, she then mumbled he was busy can she take a message and then hung up without taking my number... super super efficient staff...NOT!

Very Nice dealership and people. Customer service is up to standard. But they are selling vehicles with incorrect odometer readings. Car sits on 105000 km but last service done 2 years ago on 135000km? Weird

Very bad and untrustworthy dealership.Was sold an accident damaged car way back in 2017 when I had clearly said I dont want an accident damaged car.There is a guy called Chris who supplies them with such cars that he rebuilds.He even told me that the car was under warranty with BMW which was not true,besides the mileage had also been tampered with.Avoid these unethical people and save yourself headaches

After organizing a test drive I had to wait forever for them to collect the car from another parking lot. This not only shows poor management but also doesnt inspire confidence in their services
