Half job was done where they forgot to pump the brakes of another customers car which resulted in the other customer crashing into mine as he couldn’t brake. They just asked the brakes weren’t pumped and went along with doing their own things as if nothing happened. Asked how this should be sorted and it became a point finger situation. There was no superior on site to help deal with the situation which resulted in both clients having to deal with the situations on their own because “it’s our cars” after all. You guys need to take people seriously and take ownership of your actions regardless of whether the cars are yours or not, the fact of the matter is that you lose clients this way, lost me and all the customers I would have recommended to your place.

Excellent service

Most dismal service. Had to go back three times to replace a new battery. Seems like as soon as you part with your money, and the profit is made, scant regard remains for after service attention to protect the brand. The owner, from what I gathered, seemed little concerned that he made me go on unnecessary trips, which he had initiated. Shame on him. Anyway, no more Hi Q for me, there are other tyre and battery chains offering far superior service and attention to detail. Thats where my money will go.
