Honestly, such a great place, have been making use of them for over 5 years now.They are always friendly and go over and above to help where they can.The second to last time I was there, they even loaned me a battery to safely get home and fetch my wallet.Truly exceptional service.I would recommend them to anyone, cannot fault them on anything, not the service nor their prices.

Friendly service, but shop attendees are not up to speed with latest battery technology.Parking is a problem, but can be considered for emergencies.

Car battery had been going flat overnight. cursory testing showed it was OK but they tested it further and found it to be about to stop working. couldnt help with warranty claim as didnt have correct battery, but referred me to another shop that could help. Thank you!

Pathetic service

Two drunk crooks were on duty at the Cresta branch today. They cancelled the batter test before it was completed and tried to con me to buy new battery. They became angry when i informed them I read the instructions of the tester.Their Breath smelt of liquor. The silly season.

Called them to ask if they had stock of a battery. They said they did and would keep it for me for that day. Then I needed to collect my car from Audi down the road. It was 430 on a Friday, they sent an employee to come collect my old battery in my car as I was in a very big rush. Thanks for the service!

Great service from Battery Centre themselves but a bad rating because of their referral to a car service centre (Euro-Supertech) which completely messed up my car after an Alternator change.They knew the owner by name so obviously sent numerous ppl there before. Unfortunately I didn’t check the Google reviews on that business myself as I wouldn’t have gone there (go see for yourself why not - and my review pending)Only get your Battery replaced here - don’t ask for ANY advice or referrals to other places. I was forced to drive my broken car at 30km/h max speed with the Engine Check on to Hyundai now for expensive professionals to assess what damage Euro-Supertech caused. Full review and story to their rating pending.Think twice who you refer YOUR customers to Battery Centre!! Won’t recommend you because of this.
