Great store and friendly staff. Each bear has its own personality that seems to come to life. I am an adult who owns two of these beautiful bears.These are like no other Teddy bear in any toy store. Definitely collectors items.

NF N- Local Guide- You should get your facts straight if you write reviews , and improve on your English. Hyde Park, is not spelt Hide Park. No married couple, owning the shop, therefore no wife commenting on reviews. To improve your knowledge of the shop, it is a successful business, that I have run for over 12 years. This is due to the good service I offer and many happy customers that support the business. I will decide when I no longer want to own the business.In all my years of owning a business, I have learnt that you cannot please everyone, unfortunately some people get pleasure out of being nastyand nothing will change that.

After coming back and reading all your replies to customer reviews (and 2x 5 star reviews posted by your wife) I have come to a conclusion that your still a grumpy person, if you want to cater for a special select few I would suggest Santon or Hide park, move there.Your still a store, you cannot select your clients, a sale is a sale,Yes you sell very special bears, but thats like buying va Farrari and not driving it, you need to enjoy it. Nothing lasts for ever, including your store.Unfortunately iets to late to change and will always be remembered as rude, is that your legacy?

Their customer service is very bad. They are very rude and do not seem interested in helping clients. I do not encourage anyone to buy from them or do business with them. They need to have better client service etiquette!

I went to the shop to see if they could repair a bear for me. I was told to send an email to L Kennedy and request from her. I sent the email only to receive a reply that she does not repair teddy bears anymore....My question is why tell your staff to ask customers to send emails if you know you will not do the work? Very disappointed.

Specialists toy store....I should pull another star.My daughter walked past and instantly fell in love with a plush toy duck and started to snuggle with it, instant love!Well I dont know about you but isnt that how a toy store attractions clients?The love of cuddling a new toy?Well not according to the grumpy old fart that asked that if my daughter mouth was sticky. Then asked that my Daughter, not drool on it....Well you instantly lost a sale,Your still a toy store even if your and overpriced one, dont forget who your target clientel are!

I will never buy from Fred-i-bear again. The owners make promises they dont keep. Are extremely rude when you phone them. I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT YOU OWE ME. I will be contacting Hello Peter and my uncle at Carte Blance it the money is not in my account by 15H00. One star is to much to give you

Fred-i-Bear has a very wide variety of teddies, but -1 star because the prices feel high (not surprising given the venue) and the shopping centre is difficult to navigate, you can get stuck on the far side and have to walk around through the car park.
