A good gift experience.It is a great shop to get fancy gifts for loved ones. The quality of the products are worth the prices that are paid. Customer service has always been good! Don’t be afAid to ask for them to put gifts in boxes and to print ribbons with personalised messages. The Assitant store manager is a legend.

My daughter bought on line from Loccitane as a gift for me for mothers day , as yet nearly a week later no gift has arrived , it is absolutley shocking service from Loccitane will NEVER recommend them EVER !! she trys to contact them with NO JOY at all .
