Previously bought disposable rain cover ponchos but what I was looking for was the Poncho Rucsack Rain Cover.

Tried to return some socks. Did not have my size so the staff at the store ordered them to be delivered. Only one pair out three was delivered, I was meant to receive a refund for the other two according to the email. Waited 10 days for the refund to process as instructed by the email but no refund had been received so I had to phone and follow up, and only now are they asking for my bank details to process the refund. Terrible experience. Would love to know what would have happened if I hadnt followed up

GoPro devices sold by @CapeUnionMart #CapeUnionMart knowingly that these devices were unable to function with any Android device currently sold in South Africa, even after asking HQ who claimed they would work with any relatively new Android device. Lied @CapeUnionMart sell illegal items and refuse to refund. SA. He still sold them and then refused to refund that in my opinion is criminal. Beware of any @capeunionmart

I have completed your Covid19 test I live alone and have been tested for no reason part of vitality when applying for new products. I have had no symptoms and have been isolated (family) not in CT friend in CT. My family live in JHB but got suck during pandemic couldnt leave their house CT. So no help live in Athol ext,1 in a house my point is there is no one there. whatsoever. Thanks I need help with a number of things I have seen online.

I returned an item a week after purchasing it. Much to their dislike, the ladies at the till were more concerned over the price tag that was removed (even though I had kept all tags in the bag) than the actual reason why I returned the item. Unfriendly and could not explain the logic behind the return policy. Note to customers: the return policy says you can return an item within 12 months of purchasing it but the item must be in its original packaging. Meaning that you can buy an item, not wear it, keep it in its packaging, keep the tags on, but you have a year to decide whether you want to return it or not? Bizarre. I did receive my refund eventually (thank you) but not without leaving the store without my tail in between my legs. Pity.

All I can say is WOW!! outstanding service from Cape Union Mart Rosebank. I will only visit this branch from now on even though we live on the East Rand. The service from Miguel and staff was super friendly, extremely helpful and patient. Miguel helped us choose some warm jackets for our Europe trip and he helped us pick out the perfect ones! Thanks for being so patient as we are really indecisive! I have never been treated 5 stars like this in any retail store. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

Excellent locally made to international standards outdoor clothing

Went to the store to buy my son a hat, so I just told them about the disappointment I had with the previous hat that discolored within a short space of time only to be told I must bring it back of which I did the next day, so I was offered a new hat this is what I call customer service. Thank you rosebank team.
