Service is slow, staff standing around and chatting. Definitely not customer orientated.

Called and placed an order for delivery with a guy( cant remember his name). He then leaves and goes to the bank???????45 minutes later I call back, get told to come and get it myself because they are short staffed as the guy is still at the bank!!!!!!!!!
