The service was great..our waitress was very sweet. Good ambiance.

Made the mistake of giving this place a chance even though there were no other patrons and all tables were empty , we ordered a T-bone that was on special and wings, you could smell that the meat was off as soon as you cut into it, absolutely disgusting that the kitchen staff would prepare meat that is clearly off and serve it to people!!! Never again! P. S if a place is empty and people are going to the places around or next to it, dont go there!!

5 star service ! The waiters went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The milkshakes were amazing and unlike any other milkshake I’ve tasted before. The view from upstairs is great and beautiful art surround the store. The only complaint I have is that the chairs upstairs are broken and need to be fixed. Overall pleasant experience.

Stock availability is key in obtaining high standards of customer experience. If there are high demands for particular ingredients, increase supply. I didnt enjoy having to order what was possible, as opposed to what was desired

This is my feel good hide out.The white wall gives off that relaxed feeling. Today being a Sunday there are some vintage pop-up stores by the entrance.Velo has foods that will take your taste bubs to far away places.I love this place.Come see what I am talking about, youll never eat lunch anywhere else.I must add that they have even added a cocktail menu.

I always used to walk past this place, yesterday decided to sit down and have a drink. I regret not coming here sooner. Friendly and energetic staff, rocking djs, the vibe is on another level. I personally recoomend Velo to anyone who is looking for a good time in Braam.

Amazing service, their servers are very approachable and willing to answer all questions regarding foodAlso I was really pleased that their bakes goods didnt have traces of nuts. plus they have agood quantity of vegetarian options 😍 definitely making it my to go place🏃

Im not sure if its because its under new management or what but there cockroaches every where in the upstairs area. One couple even left because of that. The waitress got our order wrong after waiting for quite some time to recieve the order, she was not great at listening and the pork sausages were under cooked not once but twice which woulf have made us sick if we ate them. Very underwhelming . This used to be my favourite place for breakfast but not anymore
