Just had the urge for meet. I decided to stop at Roodt Meat on my way home. The vibe when you walked in was nice. All covid regulations are followed. When I asked for nice soft meat, I was assisted immediately. They also asked me what am I going to prepare with the meat, and also make suggestions. Sorry, I still want to take a photo of our dinner but totally forgot. The meat was nice and soft. Thanks Roodt Meat for your excellent service and assistance.

Great selection and truly excellent quality. Certainly a step up from supermarket meat no doubt. A grade meat. Well done here is a butchery where you certainly get the quality that you pay for. Service is good as well. Well worth a visit.

Nice smell ( proper butcher) when you walk in and proper customer friendly staff. Meat is labeled and displayed amazingly to your shopping list... Their in house wors and brawn is my favorite. In a nutshell.... Amazing butcher.

I have been waiting for 3 days now for a hindquarter I was going to start with a R4500 and was most likely going to end at about R6000. Now I know not to trust you or the triomf branch. You do not even phone the client to say if the order is there or not. To top it off I have gone to find out everyday and still nothing. If you do not want the business just say so.you have all my information on file BUT i have found another butcher to go to.

Best cheese and chilli wors

This is a very clean butchery. The staff were very friendly. Their prices are cheaper than most conventional stores, but marginally cheaper. The Biltong and Droëwors prices were outstanding.

Bought a hind quarter and a half a lamb. The lamb especially was not cut to specifications. I bought better cuts at pick and pay witpoortjie.

Very helpful and had the meat cut I wanted. The butcher across the road did not want to cut for me.

If you want to do a proper braai, then this is where you get your meat. Everything just tastes better from here. And the prepared lamb spit-braai is unforgettable.
