Butchery is very hygienic. A large variety of meat is sold at low prices. The meat is fresh and can be found in bulk. The staff are friendly. It is normally not too crowded and lockdown protocols are observed. Im a happy customer.

Service, in general, is quite good and 5he place is clean and tidy. However, I went there today to get some droë wors again. The sweet chilly is nice but the plain is over salted and not pleasant. Now and then they have a salty batch.

Meat World always has a good selection of produce, including chicken and fish. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just wish their specials would also extend to smaller packages.

Service here is now deteriorating,meat full of fat,stew full of bones and they wrote a piece of paper on the meat display glass....(Stew contains bones and fat) so u cant choose what you want anymore,i dont like the new management.....

Literally one of my favourite places to buy meat. I bulk cook for the week and buy great quality chicken and beef here for those big cooks as well as getting my favourite ribeye steaks and other more expensive cuts here. There are closer places to shop but this is worth the drive for me. A really well run butcher.

Very unprofessional butchery service! Handed in my Impala carcass for processing which took 8days to get done. I had to keep phoning the butcher to find out when my meat will be ready for collection. In top of this I had to pay R30kg for processing!? Utterly disappointed and will never use or recommend them again.

Clean shop, no flies. The biltong is anazing; I suggest the thai sweet chili biltong 🤤

Its a big butcher shop that often has great specials on billtongue and other meats.. They also have a great range of sauces and marinades for just about everything. They also sell lots of other stuff as well. Service is good and the tills dont take long.

There is no proper sanatiser for the trollers, they are also not cleaned. We need to be more responcible and sanitize more cos the virus is spreading rapidaly.

Awesome service from the Lads at the Butchery frontline..Great knowledge of the different cuts.

It would have been rated higher if they were more COVID19 conscious. On Sunday 31st May 2020 they didnt sanitize our hands as we entered the shop, they didnt sanitize the countertops in between customers and they even give a card from one customer to another (to monitor number of customers in shop) without sanitizing it. Altogether these things made the experience terrible but hopefully the meat is still the same fresh meat i have come to like from there

Please make sure that people respect social distance. But the service is good and the food is great

I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for, but there was an amazingly helpful lady who gave me great ideas for alternatives. Not only did she give me great meat alternatives, but also great cooking ideas. The meal turned out amazingly well, dare I say, better than my original idea. Thank you for being so amazing!!!

Really good customers service, there was a problem with a product I purchased and the manager sorted it out with no issues.

Bought 2.5kg ribs on special. Weighed the ribs and found that only 1.2kg of the ribs is meat. MORE SAUCE THAN MEAT! Probably not illegal, but really bad ethics. I would advise anyone buying from them to weigh their products with sauce before buying large quantities.

Be careful of their chicken. Bought a chicken a few weeks ago. Sadly it smelt rotten when I opened the packaging. They still have not replied regarding my complaint.

Half of the meat is rotten whenever I buy from this Meat World, Ive had this happen with their beef mince and some of their pork. When you go and return it they give you the option to take another pack but it comes off as if this happens so often that they dont even care about it anymore.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and its always clean.
