Excellent meat range , highest quality, great selection of cooked meats, cheeses and sauces. Theres also a great range of inported goods, biscuits, chocolates, sweets, ideal for the Christmas stocking.Then theres the staff, who are always friendly with a greeting and a smile on the face.You can also get a great cup of coffee and hot snacks at a great price.Great value for money, our favorite butchers.

I have come to Delft butchery for years and what has always annoyed me, is that none of their meats have expiry dates so as a customer I have no idea of what I am buying is fresh or old! I once tested out, leaving meat in my fridge to see how long it lasted, it started going off after the second day and I tested their chicken, sausages and steaks all had the same result. Also there are no labels as to the ingredients in their meats I dont know what spices, preservatives, or if hormones are present in their meats clearly no care as to the customer!

A cliche of a butchery, friendly, helpful meat selection I just great. Best boerewors I have tasted because they only make one kind. Free range chicken whole and fillets. Freshest of meat, you can even pre order specific cuts or whole roasts. If there is one place to see it is Delft. The best is that they have an outside take away section selling their products cooked of course.

Spectacular.Quality products with amazing variety.The staff are really friendly and polite.Noteworthy is that although it is a butchery, they also stock various other commodoties such Dutch based imported products, or the odd ingredients one might struggle to find at a general supermarket.In the biltong section I can recommend the chilli-bites.There is a cafeteria outside where you can buy coffee or delicious food (they use the butchers meat). There is a standard menu week-long (I recommend the Steak Roll or Cheesegrillers) with certain days having Specials, such as eisbein on Friday and Saturday.If you head through please pester them for Bacon Biltong. If enough people ask they should add it - It worked for the cabanossi.

(reviewing the butchery part) A good butchery for specialty meats. I found their selection to be adequate in that regard, but quite lacking and somewhat overly priced for day to day meats - rather head down to The Meat Block for that.

We came into your shop 30 Oct 2017 and tried the Chicken prego R 28 & the Bockwors Roll R 26 and a fanta can R 11 and still water R 8 service was good food was tasty

Dishonest. My wife asked for lamb knuckles for 8 people for curry. She was advised by the butcher to get 2kg of lamb shank as she didnt know what to get. R459 later enough for 20 people!
