Excellent customer service and excellent stock as well. For a busy place, I was surprised at how helpful the staff was even when we ordered the wrong item and had to return it. I would highly recommend this place. The prices are quite affordable and I am very happy with the items that we purchased.

The management of the store need to review their understanding on Consumer Rights. If the customer sees the price, that is what he/she is expecting to pay. Should they forgot to change their prices, that is not the customer s fault. They should not expect the customer to understand their mistakes. Instead of resolving the matter amicably one had to threaten them to report them at the consumer council. They later send the poor employee to run after the car with the change. They should know that, it is not about the money but courtesy is expected from such a big store.
