If i could i would would give the a minus 3 stars this Shoprights service is absolutely pathetic!!! And in peak time only 3 tills working and the once not sleeping is slower the my GRANDMOTHER AND SHE IS 105.😡 PATHETIC!!!

The prices charged at the checkout tills are always more expensive compared to the prices displayed on the shelves. In addition, many products do not have prices displayed on the shelves at all. Examples of this include the fresh bread that is baked in store, and another is the water bottles stored next to the long refrigerators. The price checking device at the back of the store is faulty and is not able to scan many items. We have pointed these problems out to the supervisors numerous times, but the problems prevail. The store is cramped with excess stock stored in the isles making it difficult to push a trolley down the isles. This is also a health & safety concern, as clients will not be able to exit the store safely in the event of an emergency. The fresh produce section is usually unattended causing problems with weighing and pricing of fruit & veg. All these issues cause delays and frustration at the checkout tills.

The store is clean and the service is good

Its a store aimed at low income shoppers. Unfortunately the produce was not impressive. I had to go through a shelf of lettuce to find one that does not have yellowing edges. The produce is also not shelved in an inviting manner.The baked goods area is OK. I love buying their fresh bread dough. Weve used it several times to bake bread and rolls at home. Staff is friendly and helpful. Queues are short, making it easier to run in to buy bread or milk.Iwas also unpleasantly suprised to find out that they were closed yesterday ( a Sunday afternoon after 4pm). Im not sure if this was typical for this particular store or not, but Ive gotten used to being to just run to the store and to find the store open. This was not the case with this store.

Friendly customer service.Usually a busy place.Good deals on fresh produce.The store could do with a good clean and upgrades here and there. A bit small and cramped for a grocery store.

Limited pet section, doesnt always have what Im looking for and the meat section is empty at month end. But otherwise its okay and Ive never had a problem there.

Stock always low. Floorstaff not always friendly and helpfull. Bakkery not always up to standard. Cashier is always friendly.

Most of the staff are always friendly and helpful. Between the shelves however, there are hardly ever staff to question something or to find a specific item. At the bakery and most of the time the delicatesse, service is very slow and aloof. I know working with the public is not easy and nobody will always be satisfied, but if you have the rules AND proper signage and a staff member to friendly enforce the queing procedures, you will have less customers leaving their loaded trolleys and going somewhere else. I am talking about No cards/Cash only, Only baskets and Quick service 10 items or less only- signs. As a rule these signs are hidden on the counter and obscured by customers in front of you - until you are about 2nd or 3rd in the que after waiting for a long time. When you see that sign THEN - any good person would be foaming at the mouth. OVERHEAD SIGNS!! The Lotto/Money Market counter. Very bad in peak periods. Customers stand in the wrong que and get very upset when they realise it after a long time. Coloured lines (or tiles) on the floor or against the walls with Que here for Lotto (or MM) may help to resolve that. OR overhead signs!!! It will also keep the area for customers to enter or leave the store clear. Most of the time MOST pay points do not have sufficient change which causes customers have to wait. The same goes for Cash-back, not enough money. I think the cash carrying pay points (Lotto, MM and sigarette counter) should be moved further away from the entrance/exit. I have seen a number of customers with their unpaid goods still in their hands standing in the Lotto que (which is long, right at the exit) which stretches beyond the doors of the shop. After a while they just disappear. The neatness and absence of corporate uniform is also disturbing. Especially male employees. On a regular day it is quite a good experience - most peak periods it is quite bad.
