Milpark is stating they are a premium education provider, when they make mistakes they do not take any liability and ignore students. Would not recommend. No service at all. Even when their system bugs or the lectures will remove your posts.

I applied for a higher certificate here the consultant who was assisting me sent me a bursary form to be filled by my bursary officer..next things she calls me and tells me they have to change the bursary letter to a certificate which NQF LEVEL 4,I asked for the reason for change from higher certification to a certificate did I receive a proper answer no!! secondly I asked why did she send me the bursary letter to be filled if I wasnt accepted for a higher certification.. how do I not qualify for a higher certificate when i already have a diploma?Milpark explain this

Useless institution. They are only available once you register to collect your tuition. Afterwards you will never be able to reach anyone for assistance. Stay away and complete your studies anywhere else.

Terrible service. They just collect your money and leave you to do whatever their study guide says. No support offered.

I have been trying to register for a while and I am not winning. I get transferred from pillar to post, a guy named Owageng Mokomela and some lady in sales Bianca. We have paid the deposit and now Milpark is silent, and we get transferred into the abyss every time we call.

I was busy with my application and needed assistance so I called, and no one was answering the phones. When I finally got ahold of the receptionist who seemed to be bored by my request and I could barely hear what she was saying to me because she was mumbling I got transferred to another department( I dont know which department) and held the phone with no response for about 10minutes... I already have a bad impression of the school.

The ladies at reception were a marvel to deal with, very informative

Currently a student. Hugely expensive tuition fees yet they cannot resolve a technical issue resulting in my not being able to register and pay online with my credit card forcing me use alternative methods of payment. 3 months later and still unresolved.

The service of Milpark online is absolutely terrible. Ive phoned 11 times and each of them where over 10 minutes just waiting for someone to assist me. No 0ne seems to answer the phone and when they do they direct you to someone and you wait 10 minutes more and eventually they just put the phone down on you.

Sadly I am still with Milpark. Admin staff are rude and extremely unhelpful, even superiors are not helpful at all. Hope you guys get sorted out by 2020 otherwise I will have to do my MBA else where
