THE MOST INCOMPETENT SCHOOL EVER. FIRSTLY I DID A MODULE AND THEY LOST MY ASSIGNMENT, I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN LAST YEAR BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT I HAD TO REDO IT FINE. SO THIS YEAR FOR THE SAME MODULE I HAD TO FIGHT SO THAT THEY MARK MY ASSIGNMENT THEN THEY MAKE ME FAIL IT AGAIN. THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS MOCKERY INSTITUTION THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR STUDENTS. PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES ARE WAY BETTER THAN THIS SO CALLED PRIVATE INSTITUTION... RUN RUN RUN

I wont recommend anyone to study through this institution....EVER. No response to any form of communication...We need to take this to Twitter to create the much needed awareness so that people stay away from this institution.

Dont waste your money or time to study through them. They are only interested in the money and then you get no further response. you battle to get exam results out of them and can never get a clear answer. Maybe they must stop wasting money on radio ads and practice what they teach their students to be more responsive and customer service - word of mouth is much better advertising. I regret the day I enrolled with them.

BEWARE!!! Please do not go through this institution. I have been to other institutions that are much more reputable. They are NOT A LEARNING INSTITUTION, THERE ARE A MONEY MAKING INSTITUTION. See attached pictures as proof, they do not help the students in any way and they do not provide guidance, feedback or teach their students. Educational institutions must be reputable and how can an institution be reputable if It can not teach or assist its students.

I am fed up with MANCOSA’s and their service useless service. I registered on the 27th July and to date my registration has not been finalised. They do not respond to requests. I even phoned and the registration department still has not responded. You started out great in my first and now your service has plummeted to zero. I am really disappointed 😕

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way in which MANCOSA treats their students. Especially when students pay such high fees thinking they would receive quality education and support. The Research Dept needs to undergo a thorough review process as well as the Associate Director Paresh Soni. Firstly, the Research dept is unable to provide consistent support to students and help students when an issue arises. They merely just pass on the problem to the Associate Director who simply turns down a student without even offering any help/explanations or just merely making right decisions especially when the problem stems from errors and delays made by Mancosa. They are not willing to remedy the problems and leadership lacks the core competencies to analyze situations and make effective solutions. They continuously place students at a disadvantage due to their mistakes. Should an organization have poor leadership, this then extends from the top down and throughout the organization. Its extremely disheartening especially when the student is well performing and only seeks guidance and assistance to complete their studies. Does the success of a student not in turn increase the success rate of the College?? Clearly Mancosa only cares about money and is not for their students. Mancosa needs to be investigated by the Dept of Education for its unethical practices and processes.

Useless service, they do not reply to emails do not answer calls, fees dont get allocated to the right account.
