My experience with this branch has been frustrating, disappointing and aggravating. Communication simply does not exist. To have an employee put the phone down in my ear after a disagreement shows their level of maturity and how they treat students. There are a few gems, but overall I cant wait to graduate and be free from this institution.

Bad service especially from the the engineering faculty,I wouldnt recommend it ..waste of time and money

My experience recently with damelin as a former student has been terrible with regards to their service. I am being sued for money that I do not owe and when I called to let them know, including sending many emails with my proof,nothing has been resolved instead I get countless messages and emails telling me that I have to pay. When I called I was told not to come to the campus and I will be called with regards to this matter and till today they havent called me. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go study at damelin

Poor service when inquiring about anything on or off the phone. Not only are staff members rude and childish but no one seems to want to help you in anything.

I used to go to school there. Lovely place. The campus is inviting. The people are accommodative.

BEST SCHOOL WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!this school is only the best when it comes to MONEY.... ALL they know is pay your fees and cutting us off when we dont... Its doors should close njeer period..

A good vibey place for young people to learn but their technology systems are lacking behind. Still using traditional checking-in systems.

Such a poor work ethic as well as unfriendly staff. Most lecturers wouldnt attend classes. Ive had many incidents where guys were being inappropriate with and towards me... Really makes you feel unsafe at your own campus. This branch honestly sucks.👎 If you want to study at Damelin I would recommend looking at another branch with better service in Johannesburg.

Grad was amazing

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH, poor service delivery, rude staff and always quick to harass people for money. I was there for two years and did not even recieve the tablets that were promised... not to mention how they always make mistakes with the marks, if I had not went back to let them double check I would have been repeating a module that I did not even fail. Damelin is a total waste of time and money, I would not recommend this institution to anyone.

One of the best colleges in the country

Damelin Braamfontein campus is terrible! For a private college youd expect professional service and support but this institution does the exact opposite. Lecturers hardly attend classes, everyday felt like an utter waste being there. Some of the admin staff are extremely rude and do not know how to act in a professional manner. All the staff lack work ethics. The fees are so high yet they lie about their lift not working, they put signs to say it is out of order, yet staff are allowed to use it. admin staff do not have the bare resources like a pen for us to fill out forms. This institution is completely and utterly useless, do not waste your money and time registering there.

The admin is very bad, their way doing things is very outdated, I was there for two years and I would not advise anyone to go learn there. I believe there are better private and public institution out there compared to Damelin Braamfontein.

I have been sent from pillar to post to get information about my submitted assignments. Surprisingly no one has come back to any of my e-mails or phone calls - in fact I cant even get through to Damelin on my phone anymore. And if you do, you wait approximately 15 minutes to be answered and then the call just hangs.As anyone can imagine this is very very frustrating and to wait 5-6 months for assignment results are just unacceptable. - How is one suppose to complete your studies in the allocated time if this is the service Damelin gives you??? And this after your fees have been paid in full, since the first month of registration.

Correspondence is the worst would not recommend Damelin to anyone , they do not send us assigments result and u have to re submit over and over they dodge and get rid of you at their braamfontein branch, June exams result not available because year mark missing , they so quick to debit my money but do not offer proper customer service, not to mention their rude call centre agents who always drop phone calls when seeking assistance . If u havent registered or were thinking about it do not use Damelin

Do yourself a favor and look at Damelin reviews on hellopeter before you register with them . Be very careful of this institution
